Whitby's first Micropub with an atmosphere that goes back to a time when people talked to each other for entertainment. We offer an ever changing range of beers, ciders and fine wines in an environment with no TV's or background music. Our customers...more
The Waiting Room is a micropub located at Whitby Railway station.
It's not open all the time and is not a place for the casual drinker. No, this is a place for those people who enjoy their ales and nothing else. They do not serve...More
The best pub in Whitby, 6 constantly changing real ales and one always a stout or porter too. Those and over a dozen ciders makes it heaven. Ignore the lager drinker below, as the reply says the sign on the door is very clear and...More

Hidden away within Whitby Station is this hidden jem of a pub. Open from 16:00 daily, they offer a very wide range of unique Beers, Lagers and Ciders. Very friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff. A real pleasure..
Nice small place at the train station. Good cask selection. Free WiFi. You can get 1/3 pints but only as part of a flight. Wooden floor and tables. Short review, I had time for a quick half before catching my coach home
