A Great Experience

A superb rural setting with extensive countryside views. The wide range of birds was very interesting, particularly the bataleur eagle the variety of owls. The proprietors are... read more

After advertising that it was open, we were very disappointed to find a closed sign on the gate and the buildings deserted. Not sure if it has gone out of business, if so please take the signs down

Drove here with some family that had come to visit from Ireland. Checked the website and it said they were open and gave the times of the shows for the day. So we set off, and when we arrived it was all locked up. Really disappointed. I'd expect the website to have been up to date, but apparently not.

I am very interested in birds of prey and we looked on the website for opening times etc. Open 7 days even in winter. We arrived an hour before the first show and 45 mins after the place was due to open. However it was closed. Maybe we should've rung before but we did look on their website for the... More

I booked the experience for my husband's birthday and what a fabulous time we had. We were offered 2 for 1 so i was also able to join in which made it extra special. The weather on the day was against us so we were advised by the lady owner and the Falconer to come back in the afternoon. Both... More

A superb rural setting with extensive countryside views. The wide range of birds was very interesting, particularly the bataleur eagle the variety of owls. The proprietors are absolutely dedicated to their birds which are extremely well cared for. Unfortunately, on the day of our visit, it was very windy which prevented the flying demonstration from taking place. It is currently... More

A breathtaking setting with far reaching views. The birds are very healthy and well cared for. The lady owner could not have been nicer, or more welcoming, and Greg, the falconer, clearly loves his birds and has a wonderful rapport with them. We were given a half day handling course by our friends as a wedding present and I felt... More

My husband booked a day's falconry experience for me at this venue. When we arrived we were offered 2 for 1 so that my husband could participate as well. We spent over 4 hours being introduced to the various birds of prey & being taught how to handle & fly them. We had a brilliant day & were able to... More

As a present for my 24th birthday this was just perfect. Kieran and David were incredibly passionate about their birds that you couldn't help but fall in love with the owls and Falcons. We were part of the experience package which allowed us to feed and handle to birds - something that I would recommend to everyone! I would of... More
