A beautifully restored Victorian garden of 3 acres which is run by volunteers for the benefit of the community. All your entrance fees go the the upkeep of the garden, new plants etc. On Sundays in summer teas are served to musical entertainment. PLEASE NOTE: TOILETS are only open when there are volunteers on duty...on Sundays in the summer and for special events. Please see our website for details of events. Refereshments and toilets are available at St. John's Cathedral Narthex next door. We regret we have NO PARKING, but there is a pay and display carpark next door.

Novel garden with an interesting history. Honesty box for £2 entrance. Allow an hour for a walk around and a sit down. Longer if you take a picknic. The toilets are only opened during event days & there are no other toilets in the area...More

Come and enjoy this wonderful garden offering Peace in the middle of the busy City! Beautiful surroundings and quirky architecture. Cheap to get in, sometimes have refreshments and entertainment - check their website.

We found this by mistake and loved it. It’s small but quite intricate on different levels. Some call it the secret garden and I can see why.

I first went there before anything was planted, over 20 years ago. Some of us planted trees for International Womens Day. The fountain is magnificent.

These small gardens are a delight yet so few people know they are there - just down the road from the RC cathedral. Wild bits and carefully manicured contrasts add to the delight

No, guide dogs only. This is a very child friendly garden and it would be awful to clear up all the dog poop every day! This is a dog poop free garden!!
