Having never tried food from Brewdog before me and my partner decided to place an order. We got sharing wings which comes with two sides, a portion of vegan wings and 2 burgers. (expecting there to be 6 ish wings and small portions of chips in the sharer).
The portions sizes ended up exceeding our expectations by a mile and both the sweet potato and normal fries boxes were filled to the brim.
The burgers were incredible and tasted unique and different which is amazing. The vegan wings were incredible and were just like massive nuggets (but way tastier and vegan). And the ordinary wings were absolutely insane. So many sauces to accompany everything too.
Even the hand wipes were a good size unlike those poxy lemon ones you get everywhere else 😂
Amazing job to the team, will definitely be returning and visiting once the rona has passed.

First time in this bar, really liked the decor and low level lighting, it felt very welcoming and homely. Good selection of beers, if not a bit pricey. Had a burger which was very tasty, but again quite pricey for what it was, just a burger. Had no problem getting drinks, but it was a weekday afternoon between Xmas and New Year, so wasn’t overly busy. My only truly negative comment I have is in regards to the kitchen staff preparing the food, none were wearing any kind of hair coverings, which I thought was a mandatory requirement.

We went here each night of our 4 night stay as the quality & range of beers easily surpassed competitors. Plenty of staff though on one night I had to go to the bar to collect my beer (after ordering via the app) as it was standing alone there for 7 minutes whilst staff chatted at the other end of the bar. All other times, the process was very smooth.

We (a table of 3) went to the wings night, ordered the unlimited wings and our first (and only) tray came within about 10 minutes. Asked if I could have some more, "sure, I'll go grab them for you". 40 minutes later we're still waiting. We start watching the kitchen staff, one of them served us our beers earlier and is now making the food so we guessed we got the short straw, they seemed happy chatting with a backlog of about 20 tickets on the line.
What really made us laugh was that every 2-3 minutes the kitchen staff were checking their phones and having a chat. The table next to us had no food, the table across them had no food, we had no food. They didn't seem too worried about the food situation.
No server to be found, no wings after 40 minutes. We asked for the server, and asked where the wings were. "We're really busy tonight, your order was actually placed 35 minutes ago not 40 minutes ago." Oh, that makes all the difference, 35 minutes for some chicken wings it is then...
We asked how much longer, the server talked to the guy in the kitchen with lovely hairbands, who then gave our table a good long stare, then the server came back and said "yeah the wings are going to be another 20 minutes."
That would have been 60 minutes in total for 3 portions of chicken wings, around 6-7 wings per tray.
We downed the beers, asked for a discount or refund and explained how ridiculous the service is, and left and got 3 HUGE meals in a busy restaurant up the road with a waiting time of around 10 minutes.
BrewDog, you normally do better than this, but that was so far off the mark I think I'll need convincing to go back.

Really abysmal service honestly. I’m personally a waitress so understand how everything works and I’m usually very forgiving/understanding however here it’s impossible to do that. Waiting 40 minutes for someone to come over to ask what wings we want (wing wednesday) as well as drink. We were told by the first server that they come to us so that’s what we did, we sat and waited while making a point of looking at them every now and again to show we were ready. All staff other than one on bar literally just standing around ignoring their tables. Every other table around us sat there too wondering what the heck was going on. There were 4/5 FOH staff in a not busy at all restaurant. When we eventually got to order, 40 minutes later, they didn’t have the seitan wings, the wings we came for. On a wing Wednesday, after leaving us sat there for the best part of an hour, we settled for cauli wings which were horrible in comparison to what we wanted and had been planning to have for weeks. There was absolutely no informing us of this when we were sat down if not we would have probably left then. It’s a massive massive shame that Brewdog honestly have the most horrific FOH staff in Norwich; their vegan food is incredible but we have thoroughly been put off by this visit and will also be passing on to family and friends not to go there.

Horrible service (suspect lack of staff) ordered on the app as apparently being served is soooo last year, nearly an hour later some barely warm burgers turn up and are distinctly average at best. Toilets were dirty, the place is dingy and cold. Avoid, plenty of nice places to go instead.

I've eaten here numerous times, the food tastes great, I keep trying different burgers etc and yet to find one I wouldn't recommend.
Did once get served the wrong burger, but I was on the last delicious bite before I realised it wasn't the burger I'd ordered, so I could hardly complain!
Beer is superb, staff age friendly, knowledgeable and have a passion for their beer / career.
Recommend the Beer School which is a enjoyable few hours, sampling a 5 beers matched which cheese... Beer and Cheese...what could go wrong?
Overall it's a great friendly bar that served great burgers in a nice relaxed environment, my kids enjoy it too especially if were playing pass the pigs, which is available behind the bar.

We have been here twice in January, as they are doing a special voucher for Veganuary. We've tried the Southern Fried Chicken and the Steak sandwich. The steak sandwich was a bit disappointing after the fried chicken, and who puts raisens in a burger!?!. Anyway they have an excellent selection of vegan options for the dirty vegan that I am. The drinks are pricey but all Brew Dog beers are expensive but as they pay a proper living wage to their staff I am all for that! We will be back to try everything on the menu.

The food, drinks and decor are all very nice, however, the numerous staff are just a little bit too cool to bother serving you, and are experts at avoiding catching your eye. Please bear in mind that the place was far from busy, with roughly half the tables being occupied early on a Thursday night, there were at least six staff serving, plus people in the kitchen.
For example, we asked where to sit and were told someone would be over to take our food order, and after 10 minutes I went to the counter myself, where I was asked to order at the bar where two people were serving and one was being served. The two staff were so busy talking amongst themselves, the drinks order for the person being served was done wrong, and when someone arrived after me, they were served before me, and when the original person was finished, another new customer was served before me. I specifically asked if the starter to share could be brought first, but everything turned up together. We were sitting less than four feet from the serving hatch, yet our meal sat on the side while delivery meals were being packed for longer than it should, especially when there are three "crew" standing between us and our food while they loudly complain about various aspects of dealing with customers.
As I said, the food is good, the drinks are good, the place is clean and well located, but if Brewdog spent 5% of the effort they spend on letting you know how carbon negative and how ethical they are on actually showing the staff how to run a pub/restaurant it would be a good start, it's not as if it is cheap and cheerful prices.
It's a shame, but we probably won't be going back. I don't expect to have five star service, but I also don't expect the staff to make out they are doing me a massive favour by bringing me food. I really would prefer it if you gave us a buzzer so when the kitchen (who really did cook the food very well) has your meal ready they can get you to come over and collect it yourself.

A friend booked a table for 4 & we met for food and drinks on a Saturday afternoon. All c-19 checks were done & our details were taken (via scanning a QR code) on the door. Enjoyed 5 pints and a meal each throughout our afternoon. 3 of the 4 of us are vegetarian and I’m also dairy intolerant, so generally have vegan dishes. There was good choice for all of us & my burger with sweet potato fries was amazing. Definitely going to be back for the vegan 2-for1 meal meals on a Monday soon!
The service was via the app (which I used & was easy-peasy to use) or table service from the staff. They all wore masks & observed social distancing. And the service was great. Thanks for making my first pub visit post lockdown such an enjoyable experience.
