Compared to the other shopping centres in the town centre this one seems entirely skip-able especially since boyes has moved the newsagent has closed and the festival shop has seemingly taken over the entire centre.

The poor relative of the 3 arcades / malls in Middlesbrough, also the smallest, best thing about it is the underground car park where you can always get parking even on a Saturday.

Thanks so much Jon for your review. We are nearly at 100% occupancy now and it's wonderful to see so many independents in our market!
