About
Learn the rare art of making pasta from scratch in this 2-hours hands-on cooking class: mix flours and flavours to create a very special sensory experience, then fold the dough into traditional shapes that you will not be able to find in shops (and some of the shapes are beautiful pieces of art!). At the end of the workshop, you will be able to eat the fruits of your labour.

Wonderful Morning....
Apr 2016 • Family
Booked my 2 children (11 and 7) in as an Easter Treat. Under Silvana's expert guidance they made sweet pasta baskets which were delicious. Silvana is a great teacher and fantastic with children, gently bringing them out of themselves. She managed to get the 7 year old chatting which in itself is something! The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and I picked up loads of tips. So impressed that I am booking myself in for adult lessons. Thank you Silvana - would recommend this course to anyone. Lunch was included and not a scrap of the homemade pasta was left!

Excellent Italian lesson!
Oct 2015 • Friends
Went to Silvana's lesson because I wanted to learn to make pasta by hand. She is very knowledgeable and explains in depth and in simple terms how the process works. Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and we had the opportunity to eat the food we made afterwards. Delicious!

Great gift idea
Feb 2016 • Couples
The pasta class was a present for my boyfriend's birthday and I have to say it was a great experience- not only is Silvana a lovely person, she is very passionate about what she does and we got some really useful advice and instructions on how to make pasta. Can't wait to try it on my own at home! My boyfriend and I already recommended this class to some of our friends. We are definitely planning to going back one day to learn more pasta shapes and techniques! Grazie mille, Silvana! :-)

Magical Italian moment
Mar 2015 • Family
My son (6yrs)has been to her pasta making lesson. Since then he has never stopped talking about the class and the teacher, Silvana. She is a lovely Italian lady who cooks the magical Italian food. I have tried myself, and I am addicted. You will feel as if you are at home as soon as you are in her class. Is this a Italian nature? I highly recommend her lesson, food, and herself to anyone who loves life:)
