Address
Neighborhood: Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.

I always love finding a Disney Store in a big city, because they generally have an excellent selection of merchandise, and this one was no exception. They had a huge selection of pins available (I actually found a Lion King pin that I couldn't find anywhere at Animal Kingdom a few weeks prior), a shelf of Disneyland Paris merchandise, several cute British Mickey plushies, other Disney & London themed items such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, coffee mugs, water bottles, loungefly backpacks & spirit jerseys, in addition to all the standard Disney merchandise that can be found at most Disney stores. I will say that I did see roughly half of the Disney & London themed items in the UK Pavilion gift shop at Epcot a few weeks before my visit, but there were still plenty of unique items available at this store. The cast members were as magical as always, and even gave me a complimentary sheet of stickers that had Mickey & Minnie with Big Ben on them, which truly made my visit. The store is conveniently located directly beside the Bond Street Tube Station, and is surrounded by several additional gift shops and restaurants. 10/10 visit that I would love to experience again!

For all Disney fans, moving to the Disney Store in a new country is almost mandatory. The one in London on 3 floors is very nice, everything from a classic Disney Store. It's still a must do when you love Disney. Plus, the Mickey in guard gear is an original souvenir from London!

My friend and I went to celebrate her birthday and had a lovely visit at the Disney store. The employees were wonderful and added a bit of magic to the visit by wishing her a happy birthday. MJ was absolutely lovely in helping us, special compliments to her.

I was one of the people who used to despise Disney for what they stood for. OK they have got lots of different franchises but their movies bring alot of people joy so I took the decision to let go of my cynical side and embrace what they offer.

They offer alot!

As well as the cartoons there are the other franchises like Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars and all of these are on offer at the Disney Store in Oxford Street. The store is close to Bond Street station.

There are three floors to visit, I did not observe any lifts for those who are mobility impaired.

As someone who regularly visited the disney stores, I was gutted when all but one closed. So when we went to London obviously we were going to visit the disney store (3 small kids in tow). I assumed because there was only one large store in the UK it would be amazing. However, whoever is in charge of stocking it should be fired. So unbelievably disappointed. Would have normally spent hundreds of pounds but none of the things we wanted were there. And to fill the gaps they've just added more of whatever they've got. If you want a soft elsa doll, there's about 300 on the shelves. But a soft Moana, a Mulan, Ariel or Cinderella you can forget it. One Moana costume left in the entire store. No encanto merch (except that Jaguar they keep hopelessly pushing). They've stopped luca entirely and the turning red has been raided. So they're not managing to keep the classic stuff on the shelves and they're it managing to keep the newer stuff either. The soft toy doll selection is nothing like it used to be (full walls of a huge selection reduced to the odd clump here and there). Really gutted. May aswell have saved us a jaunt and shopped online.

I have to agree with the previous review, being from the UK and the fact there are no other stores anymore, I expected a lot more. The one in white rose in Leeds used to be better than this one. It all felt bare on the wall, strange merch in store, stuff you'd never advertise unless perhaps you had another two floors to fill. A bit disappointed, wanted to buy some moana stuff for my little one and my older daughter is obsessed with Encanto, I hoped to buy the playhouse. Either it's brexit and they just can't get the stock through or the UK is no longer a priority to stock. Either way unfortunately unlikely to visit again and will resort to online shopping. How disappointing.

Really great to visit, but sad that is the only one open in England. That does make it more magical to visit I suppose at the cost of having to visit London everytime I want to go.
Still, it's amazing to go and they have some things in store that aren't on their website Shopdisney!

Very disappointed
I was last here in June and had no issues then - I was excited to return as it will be my last chance for a while.
Very little to choose from really - poor selection of clothing, small homeware selection.
Most items had no price on at all and I felt the prices had considerably risen since my last visit for what you were getting.
Terrible selection of Funko pops
Will not be returning again

Live this Disney store, the staff are so welcoming and friendly.
There are lots of character statues for photograph opportunities. This store has a tv area and craft table for children down stairs. In addition there is a vast array of Disney products spread over three floors one of which is a marvel/Star Wars section.

This is a fantastic Disney store. In terms of size it’s prob the biggest in terms of out with the Disney parks. I love all the extras inside they have had a golden carriage before that you could get your picture in it’s truly a magical store. A upstairs and downstairs and lots of merchandise. It’s impossible to go in and not come out with anything. All the staff are super happy and friendly but then again u would be if u worked for Disney. The store is always clean and tidy and u can tell it’s well looked after and very well merchandised. If you are on oxford street you simply have to go in.

A trip to London means a visit to Disney..it was all about Frozen 2 and Toy Story 4 but I missed Mickey and Minnie and the gang..need to keep the roots of Disney alive by not only promoting and selling merchandise of the new magical adventures but also of the the originals

Very friendly staff and great shop. The selection of Disney toys is huge. You can find almost everthing. We visited the shop at my daughters birthday -she turned 9, and they were so kind wishing her a happy birthday, giving her a bag with a card, a small present and other goodies. And she got her name on a screen at a stage downstairs. She was so happy😊

This is the flagship Disney store in oxford street.
Located opposite Bond Street station it has a prime location so always busy.
There are two large floors of pure Disney merchandise so you can imagine fans of the brand will be in heaven. There is an interactive area for young children but don’t expect too much.
Service is good and someone is always on hand to help if needed.
Pricing is still high for me but you can catch generous discounts if lucky.
Also if you are planning on a shopping spree make this your last stop as the store does not hold on to your goods therefore having to carry it in that area can be troublesome.
If you subscribe to Disney life then you also get a 10% discount.
