They worked with me regarding pick-up times from the train station - alleviating my concern of minor train delays and eliminating the extra hour of wait time I had originally planned. Providing me with the driver’s name and contact information ahead of time was perfect. I knew exactly who was calling and texting me, and our group was able to connect with him quickly and be on our way. We highly recommend our driver, Christi. He was very personable and provided local history and other information on our long drive from the train station to the cruise port, and he was very considerate to include a much needed comfort stop. The car was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately because of the recent storm our flight to Heathrow was cancelled so we had to reschedule to another later flight. The team at Twelve responded quickly to emails and even followed up with a telephone call. Our driver, Cristi, was very punctual in meeting us, assisted with all our luggage, was patient whilst we installed our car seats for the boys and we all felt confident and safe with his driving round the M25. So much so that I asked Twelve if he would be available for our return journey which they quickly responded to saying it would depend upon available drivers on the day. They took us back and forth from the airport and transported us, with luggage, between cities. The cars were always very clean and comfortable and the drivers were prompt, friendly and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable. Our driver, Amado was AWESOME (we requested him for the ride home). Prompt, courteous, and car was clean. Their website was great also. You could reach someone pretty much anytime with the chat feature which was a plus (especially coming from the US). I wouldn't hesitate to use this company (or our driver) again. I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company during a recent journey from Stansted Airport to Southampton, with a scheduled stop at Canary Wharf. I must emphasize my deep disappointment and frustration with the unprofessional conduct displayed by your company throughout the entire experience.
When we initially agreed upon a fare of GBP311 for the journey, which included a 30-minute wait time at the stop point, I expected a transparent and fair transaction. Regrettably, my expectations were not met, as your company continuously demanded additional payments during the journey, specifically an extra GBP51.
To my surprise, I received multiple emails from your company insisting that I pay for airport waiting time and airport parking fees, despite no prior agreement or mention of these costs. Such an approach is not only unethical but also showcases a lack of integrity on your part.
Moreover, the subsequent demand for an additional GBP51 payment, allegedly for an extra 45 minutes of waiting time at the stop point, was both unwarranted and unjustifiable. Threatening legal action and suggesting that you would strand all passengers if I refused to comply with this demand is utterly unacceptable and constitutes coercion.
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect demonstrated by your company throughout this ordeal. As a customer, I expected a seamless and pleasant experience, characterized by clear communication and adherence to the agreed-upon terms. Unfortunately, your company failed to uphold even the most basic standards of customer service.
I request an immediate explanation for the unfounded demands for additional payments and the threats made against me and my fellow passengers. Furthermore, I insist on a prompt resolution to this matter, which includes a full refund of the unjustified charges and an assurance that such behavior will not be repeated with future customers.
My hope is that you take this feedback seriously and take immediate action to address the issues within your company. The way you handle this situation will determine whether I can recommend your services to others or if I should warn them about the poor service and questionable practices I have encountered.
I anticipate a swift response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

We booked a van for 3 from central London to the Southampton cruise port. The booking was easy on line. The driver showed up about half and hour early in a very comfortable van. He was a pleasant conversationalist as well. He even knew that the ship had moved from its original mooring and took us directly to the correct dock. Highly recommend!!

We used 12 a couple of times a year since 2018. Most trips were fine. Expensive but good service. But this weekend, they charged me and a friend £97 for a pick up from Stansted to go to London N2, with one drop off in N2 about 3 mins from destination. The driver didn’t even come into the terminal to greet us - preferring to hover outside until we were out to then use the drop off area to pick us up when we called - so basically forcing us to look for him. He was in a Corolla, compared to the Merc that we paid less for on on the way out. Due to a screw up in communication (presumably) between him and 12, he said there was no 2nd drop on his ticket and refused to take my friend to the destination we had already paid for. To add insult to injury, he got extremely heated and angry and claimed he hadn’t been paid by the company the same amount that had already been taken from my account. We left after complaining with no attempt from him to resolve the situation. I have complained via email and app to 12 over the extremely shoddy treatment and after 24 hours have not even received an acknowledgement or an apology, let alone a refund.
Be very careful using this expensive service if you are interested in a 100% reliable and courteous service. I will not use them again after this.

The service provided was way superior to everthing I expected; and I have used many similar services for my travel through London in the past, but I will never use a different service again! My driver was very professional, as well as being polite, very likeable and a natural at putting people at their ease. He was extremely prompt and kept in touch with me at relevant points to let me know that he was on the way, when he had arrived and where to locate him. The car was a luxury Mercedes Benz and had a bottle of water, hand sanitizer and tissues to make my journey more comfortable. All in all, this was 100% the best service I have experienced from such a service and I shall definitely be a repeat customer!

I found myself unexpectedly needing to catch a flight on boxing day morning. Where many of the taxi companies I tried said no or asked for excorbitant sums, twelve transfers just confirmed my booking and shortly after sent me the details of the driver coming to pick me up.

I booked several transfers for a team of 30+ people with different schedules and this was by far the best experience I ever had. Their response is amazingly fast, people in customer support very professional and kind, drivers: reliable, on time and kind.
I recommend Twelve Transfers and will definitively book them again :)

I booked Twelve Transfers for a return trip to LHR and a separate transfer for my husband to Southend.
The transfers to LHR were fantastic but the one to Southend Airport was dreadful. The driver details changed 3 times before the trip and the driver was over 30 mins late. When my husband contacted the driver he was extremely rude. He explained that he was late as he had a drop some 40 miles away from us and was still 30 minutes away. My husband explained that his group had a flight to catch and that he should have at the bare minimum contacted him and also that the booking shouldn’t have been accepted if that was the case. The driver then said it wasn’t his fault and did he want to cancel?!
Dreadful service. On the whole I don’t think they are too bad but I wouldn’t exactly call them reliable as this isn’t the only time this has happened.

We've using Twelve Transfers many times - when my husband would fly to England for work and most recently, for my son who is studying at Warwick and needs transportation to and from London. Always, always they respond to emails quite rapidly, are always on time and professional, and really take the worry out of any journey. I'm so grateful to have found such a reliable service - they truly are outstanding!

We booked a transfer from our London hotel to the Dover cruise port and back. Our daughters were meeting us in London so I decided to do a "trial run" and book them to pick our daughters up at Heathrow. The driver was over 20 minutes late picking them up and blamed "heavy traffic". If only there were dozens of phone apps that will outline traffic patterns in major cities and assist drivers in planning their time. When it came time for our transfer to Dover I received no "on the way" notice so I texted the driver to see if he was close and his response was to ask me if we had our luggage yet. That led me to believe he was heading to Heathrow, not the hotel we had arranged. I asked him that directly and he did not respond, but within minutes we got a call from their dispatch unit telling us he was going to be late, again due to "heavy traffic". This was early Sunday morning and there was scant traffic in our area. He ended up arriving an hour late and told us that this was due to him getting dispatched to another client that interfered with our scheduled transfer. Since many cruise lines now assign arrival times at the port, we missed ours and it greatly delayed our boarding the cruise. It also created a tremendous amount of stress worrying about how we were going to get to the port. Clearly someone was lying to us since we got a number of excuses. They make it very clear that if they have to wait for you they will charge you extra, but we got nothing for having to wait for them. Obviously we canceled our return transfer and made other arrangements since getting stranded at the Dover port was not desirable to us. We will never use them again. I did ask our hotel concierge if he was familiar with this company and he said he was not but had a list of reliable transfer companies. They were not on it. Would only use them if you are flexible enough to spend your time waiting on them and then getting lied to regarding why they are late.

Thank you for the feedback provided. We regret to understand that 1 of your journeys did not go ahead as planned, and we do apologise for any inconvenience created. As you can appreciate, we have no interest to cause such situations to begin with.
In this regard, we are not entirely sure how you concluded that the driver was late by over 20 minutes for the first journey (for your daughters) given that the driver collected them shortly after the scheduled time frame, with the flight also on time. If the passengers exited quicker and had to wait as a result until the scheduled pickup time, that does not translate into a delay or us being late. The journey was scheduled for 09:25 AM and the driver was inside the terminal and collected the passengers at 09:35 AM, so how we were delayed by “over 20 minutes” is a mystery that only you know the answer to.
In terms to the 2nd journey from London towards Dover, indeed a delay was experienced, mainly due to issues caused by the driver’s previous customers. Driver itineraries are made in advance, and while in most cases things go to plan, situations as such witnessed that day can unfortunately occur. Not only was the driver significantly delayed by his previous customers, traffic conditions en route towards Central London were very difficult, reason why he arrived much later than originally anticipated. The reason why your driver enquired about luggage is due to him believing that you were his other passenger, which he was due to collect from Heathrow, and not because he was somehow confused about the pickup details as per your presumption.
You fail to acknowledge the fact that traffic incidents can occur on the spot, so regardless of how much planning one would do via a traffic app, this does not guarantee that nothing will occur in the meantime. Furthermore, just because there is no traffic in your proximity, that does not equate to there being no traffic throughout the entirety of London. The team was prepared to revert with an update and offer you a discount, but you were keen on cancelling when the operator contacted you about this situation.
You then make claims about us not being on someone’s random “trusted supplier list” without little consideration towards the fact that we are a London based company, and somehow expect us to appear on a Dover’s business list - one would assume that local suppliers would appear on such a list, but who are we to judge. Nonetheless, quite amusing and a strange way to decide on one’s reliability.
We would have appreciated more honesty and common sense in your review, but regardless, we still regret the delay experienced on your 2nd transfer.

I have used Twelve Transfers now for a few Airport pick ups/drop offs whilst I’ve been in London and have always had exceptional experiences. On this trip we had Daniel as our driver and we were really impressed - completely professional, early to arrive and made our journey very pleasant indeed. Booking confirmation is immediate and Twelve Transfers do well to keep you updated as to your booking including whom to expect as your driver and how to contact him/her directly. I have no problems at all in recommending this company and really commend their adherence to COVID-19 regulations at this time. The vehicle was absolutely spotless and a great reassurance that we were travelling safely. Special thanks, of course, to Daniel.

Hi, I'm leaving in mid July and was looking for a pick up from Coventry to Heathrow. I have 2 big suitcase and 1 hand-carry, would like to go for Executive but can I drop a note to get a Smoke-free vehicle? Or at least you guys can make sure the vehicle arriving won't be full of smoky smell, cuz it make me sick and dizzy.

looks like I am late on this but Twelve transfers are by far the most professional taxi I have used for the airport. We had a lot of bags, wheelchair and crutches. Fantastic service, helpful drivers and reasonably priced.

I would like to arrange for a transfer from Heathrow to Gatwick on Saturday, June 15th. We arrive at 6:50 AM and have a flight leaving from Gatwick at 11:15 AM. In regards to your enquiry, we can indeed assist with this journey - travel times between Heathrow and Gatwick Airport can vary depending on traffic, but this is usually around 1 hour. Taking into account the total number of passengers and if there are any checked items, we usually recommend allowing 30 mins (European flights) or up to 1 hour (International flights) after landing; you will have a further 30 mins of free waiting/parking after the scheduled time frame - after this period, a charge would be applicable and this starts at £0.25/min (the MPV8 and MPV Executive models incur a £0.50/min charge) along with any differences in cost for the parking ticket (anything above the first £8.00 which we cover).
Based on landing time of 6:50 and collection 1 hour later (at around 7:50 - 8:00), we should arrive at Gatwick Airport at 09:00, should traffic conditions not pose a problem. A group of eight will be arriving at Gatwick on March 16 at 9:30 p.m. We need to go to Heathrow from there.
We are wondering if it would be possible for your driver to give us a tour of the major attractions in London before heading to Heathrow.
Our flight doesn’t leave Heathrow until 8:40 a.m. on the 17th so we would have time to drive around.
If this is possible, what would the charge be?
