Jack the Ripper Tour with 'Ripper-Vision' in London

1,260 reviews
Immerse yourself in Victorian London on this one-of-a-kind Jack the Ripper experience featuring RIPPER-VISION.™ Unlike other tours, your guide uses handheld projectors to accompany spine-chilling tales of the murders committed by Jack the Ripper in the 1800s. As you explore the dimly lit back streets of Whitechapel, images of Victorian London are projected onto buildings to guarantee a highly atmospheric experience. Plus, an evening departure time means you’ll experience London at its most mysterious.

I can’t be more direct than that. Studio Fusion should NOT be a hidden gem... it should be a front and center must-go-to shop for some of the most creative and exciting wearable art in London. I stumbled upon it as part of London Craft Week, but anytime is right to stop in if you’re someone who’s on the hunt for fresh, edgy, innovative jewelry. And if the sublimely funny and gifted silversmith, Alison MacDonald is there, all the better. The gallery is located at Oxo Wharf (near the Tate Modern) — a development brimming with unsung shops and galleries that need your attention. So, after visiting the museum, wander down the embankment for a riverside meal and some out-of-the-ordinary artisan shopping. You’re in for a treat!

I recently discovered this artist led gallery on the first floor of the OXO building with a great river view as well and bought some very different pieces of contemporary jewellery for my family. Lots to look at but I was helped by a friendly member of staff who seemed to personally know most of the makers! Will definitely return for the next birthday present.
