This theatre shines like a star in a corner of cockfosters Barnet hope abounds .from this charity no one is declared unable to perform on the stage this arose from a chicken shed but it is a lovely place know place to eat easy access to auditorium nice seats not a great deal of parking I think it is well supported by the local community and long may it continue the show this year was snow white made you feel happy inside

Absolute must for children and (grand)parents.

We went already a few times with our 5 years old granddaughter to the Chickenshed.
2 weeks ago wen went again for "Tales from the Shed"
The cast was enthusiastic, professional and talented, the show was professional and inspiring, and the way always less talented or handicapped people are integrated is absolutely marvellous.
The head actor this time, Lorenzo, was, in one word, just fabulous!!!! And the girl playing guitar fantastic.
We'll be back!!!

Dec 2017 • Family
Love the Chickenshed. It's absolutely brilliant. Have seen many productions here. I love the diversity and inclusivity. The shows are just amazing. You must see a show here. A Christmas carol is there Christmas show and it is fantastic. Ashley who plays Scrooge is absolutely brilliant. It really is a great production. My brother in law thought it was going to be like a school production but he was blown away by it. He is going to come down to see more productions here as he thought it was amazing. Well done to all at the Chickenshed this was the best show yet!

Mr Stink just fabulous even for OAPs
Jul 2018 • Couples
A group of 20 of us, all "senior citizens" went to see Mr Stink as light relief after Faustus last time and we were so pleased we did. Brilliant place, does wonderful work with people with various disabilities, and we loved it. We'll be back! Restaurant/bar beforehand is a wonder. For a large menu the food was excellent. We didn't need to pre-order (and that's for a group of 20) and the food came out quickly and was very good. Highly recommended

Mr Stink amazing production
Aug 2018 • Family
We went to see Mr Stink at the chicken shed on Sunday and it was brilliant. The theatre itself is a lovely little theatre with air conditioning and a bar/restaurant. It was so well done and a affordable price for families. Would recommend this place to anyone with young children or teenagers obviously depending on what production is on at the time. Can’t wait to return to see another show

Don't stop thinking about tomorrow - Chickenshed
Mar 2018 • Friends
I love productions by the Chickenshed. I went to see the play, Don't stop thinking about tomorrow. It is all about Climate change. A difficult subject to portray artistically, but of course the wonderful chickenshed company did it with style and professionalism. A moving, emotional show, thought provoking as ever, making us all realise we have to take personal responsibility for change for the good, if we want to save our beautiful planet, which we are blessed to live on. Its on for two more weeks, until the 31st of March. Do not miss it!!

Amazing
Mar 2018 • Family
My son attends the chickenshed Saturday shed workshops every week and absolutely adores them! We also attend the tales from the shed shows on a Saturday and he equally loves them! Food in the cafe is reasonably priced, always piping hot and tastes great plus the portions are huge! The staff create a warm and friendly atmosphere and as a family we love coming here! I cannot recommend chickenshed highly enough, it is completely inclusive and it’s amazing to find a place where every child an adult feels welcome!
