This is one of the nicest lush shops we have visited. My daughters love the brand so we are often visiting them when we see one in a city. My daughter was in spending her pocket money when she realised she was 50p short for her product as I was about to get her the money. Bert who was servicing us told us to wait one minute while he got something. He came back with a bigger version of the product she wanted and gifted her it. It was such a kind gesture and one my daughter won’t forget about her first trip to London. Kindness really does create great memories and is something not no matter how big or small makes an impact on somebody. Out of the entire trip my daughter is most excited about the kindness Bert showed towards her.

Lush is a great place for fun bath bombs, gels, soaps, etc. Boxing Day is the best day to get the after-Christmas sales with 50% off gift sets and many items throughout the store. We always stock up and buy gift sets to give away as gifts. We've been to this location a few times and it is always busy. Boxing Day especially is packed with people and long queues to pay at the registers!

I have been a ‘lushie’ for a while and really enjoy the products they offer. It’s been incredibly helpful for my sensitive screen and has really helped me become a bit kinder to myself by taking care of myself through their products. That said, I was excited to go to the home of Lush in Oxford Street. It was just as I imagined it would be. The place was filled with little goodies when we visited and the staff were really friendly and ready to help. They weren’t overwhelming and I didn’t feel bombarded by them. However, as a disabled customer, I found it a little daunting to navigate around the shop as I didn’t think the accessibilities wasn’t really signposted. I knew there would be crowds (it’s London, Black Friday and Lush - it was always gonna be busy) but I just felt overwhelmed. The smell was quite powerful, and I wasn’t really sure of the layout of the shop. It was really nice to look around, I just didn’t know where to start and I felt too awkward to approach anyone. I still think it was a great visit and I treated myself to some bits. It was also nice to see the big London store after hearing stories from fellow Lushies! I wish I’d had more time and maybe tried to the spa as I loved my experience in Birmingham!

Didn't actually visit the spa but the store and it was a dream come true. The store has three levels full of divine smelling products. The staff is friendly and helpful, sometimes a little too much. I had like five different staff members approach me asking me if I needed help. I like looking at the products by myself and ask for help if I need any. If you want to try products they are often willing to give you samples. I bought some of the Oxford street exclusives like the tote bag and the soap. The store is well organized and the products displayed beautifully.
