Enjoyed the puzzles, and the activity as a whole is pretty testing (thanks for the timely clues!). Ambience and setting could be a bit more themed and maybe activity could benefit from a 'finale' - prize for quickest/day winner, or swap remaining time for raffle tickets for free game draw etc but on the whole a good family activity

Various different puzzles to complete, each one was different so they didn't get repetitive. We all had a great time and would definitely considering revisiting for a different room.

We did the middle difficulty room, which was challenging enough to keep a group of adults occupied for most of the time. Very satisfying when you solve one of the puzzles as they each required a bit of thinking!

The hosts are very friendly and organised, we had the level of support for the event that we needed.

I really wanted to like this room, I did. But it was really not good, sorry guys. We did Chaos but based on my friend's experience the other room Outbreak was also pretty poor. There was no atmosphere setting from the host (very nice guy and perfectly helpful about the admin part of things), we were led into the room and told we had 60 mins. Fine - not a dealbreaker but 10-1=9. There were some interesting looking puzzles in there but so much IKEA furniture with the STICKER ON them it really ruins the game: 9-1=8. There so many red herrings in there (I know we need some, we always do) but when you are basically trying out all 4-digit numbers on every padlock to see if it works then you know there is no such thing as a "flow" when this game was planned. 8-1=7. There are only padlocks in the rooms, nothing else in terms of technical solutions - at some point I felt like this was a 101 in how NOT to do an escape room. 7-1=6. There were no less than 4 padlocks on the door and 2 on the drawers which meant the solving one puzzle didn't give you anything. I get that this kind of game is also for team-building & communication, but in that case please please please get different drawers/boxes/anything with pieces of one puzzle. Putting four different locks on the door is ugly, inelegant and just really not very fun: 6-5=4. There was one really interesting looking puzzle towards the end which we didn't have to crack and still escaped (and left one drawer locked)...how could that happen? 4-3=2. We didn't just blindly try numbers, I swear (though that would have worked too because padlocks were of really bad quality 2-1=1) which means there the whole room wasn't coherent! I'm really sorry guys, I can see the business case in opening an escape room in Canary Wharf and I really wanted to like it but this was the worst room I have ever done (I've de 12 in 4 cities so far: London, Budapest, Barcelona, Mumbai). Either then price this at £10 complete beginner level or better still - take a break and completely redesign the puzzles. If you are going I guess I have one piece of advice - go with less than 4 people or go alone if you are advanced and try to not look for any logical flow, just solve puzzles, ask for clues (without which there is no way to solve some of them) and move one. So far, any other escape room is better in the London market. Please don't be lazy and stay in the Wharf, just go to any other one. Sorry guys, honest opinion here.

Beware if you've already booked - I went there earlier with a booking and the owner informed me they were now in liquidation! Shame as it looked fun!

combined with a really great day in London docklands, the venue was easy to get to from canary wharf station. the staff were friendly and the challenge was superbly aimed at our 3 kids. aged 11,13 and 14. we done the chaos game which involves finding clues to the next puzzle within a room. the layout was simple enough that you were not overwhelmed with information .
the 40 something crystal maze generation of adults will have a great time with their teenage children.
plenty of places to grab a sandwich/coffee/lunch nearby as well. we combined it with a ride on the emirates sky ride and a river bus cruise back to central London for a full day out.

A group of us went for a birthday surprise and absolutely loved it! After never having done anything like it before we broke out of the room with 17 mins to spare! Go us!
The place is a little hard to find and it is literally just a room with bits in but is a great team building task and I would definitely recommend. The day was brightened up by the very enthusiastic and friendly girl who explained everything to us.
Definitely want to go back and do a harder room in the future.

Received this experience as a Birthday gift and went along with my husband and 3 friends. We received a very warm welcome from the staff and once locked in the Chaos room there were lots of clues and puzzles to solve to enable us to unlock the padlocks to find further clues and finally escape.

The experience was challenging and extremely good fun, we all thoroughly enjoyed it and we will definitely be returning to 'escape' from the 'Outbreak' room. Would definitely recommend this experience.

I've done a few escape games and absolutely love them! I thought the 'Chaos' scenario was well organised and worth a visit if you like puzzles and riddles.

I organised this evening out as part of our work team building and it worked a treat. Everyone had a great time and it was interesting to see how different team members were able to solve the different types of puzzles. The host made us feel very welcome and provided just some great tips without giving the game away. All in all a great experience.
