Antidote is one of north London's best kept secrets! Each week there is a different activity - drumming, dancing, singing, games etc (LOTS of games, which are always brilliant.) The sessions are about 90 minutes long and range from very gentle to very sweaty. Highly, highly recommended way to spend an evening. Great to come on your own or with friends :)

This is a little bit of random fun to brighten up your week. If you have had a hard day it never fails to put a smile on my face. Its so much fun to run around playing kids games or learn to play the drums or sing some soulful tunes or shake your moves on the dance floor. Its a really relaxed friendly environment so go on give it a try you never know you might enjoy it .
