- Mac M1 contributionAmazing Birthday Party!I had my son's party at Oxygen Acton today, and all I can say is it was simply the best party he's ever had! It was amazing! The staff are probably the most polite, helpful and empathetic staff I have come across in a long long time. Everyone was so helpful and the kids had a wonderful, wonderful time. Yes, there were a few tricky moments, handling a party of almost 30 kids can be quite the challenge, but everyone I spoke to was understanding and very kind. I have taken the time to write this because there has been some negative reviews about Oxygen Acton and I truly empathise with those affected. From the minute I arrived, the staff in charge of parking were excellent, the staff at the party check-in were friendly and patient, our host was amazing and the food was excellent. The kids had such an amazing time and all I can say is thank you! A big shout out to Nathan, Saro, the amazing kitchen staff on the last floor, the amazing staff at the canteen, the staff at the party check-in, every single one of you contributed to the success of this party. You all made my child's 11th birthday so much more amazing and memorable. Thank you xxVisited November 2023Traveled with friendsWritten November 11, 2023
- Bartlomiej P1 contributionEnjoyable activities to play around with and great customer service!I went with my 2 sisters and my nephew and we had such a good time! Although we only went for an hour, there was a lot of activities to do and we had a lot of fun. The food was also very tasty! The till worker at the time did a great job and was very patient with us ordering our food, I believe that the girl’s name was Kiana. The food came out very quickly and we enjoyed it a lot. Will definitely be coming back soon!Visited November 2023Traveled with familyWritten November 19, 2023

Jumping fun and party room was clean and spacious. pizza was hot and ready as we arrived in the room from trampolines. - Hasbi C1 contributionThe best trampoline park everAbsolutely amazing experience, had such a lovely time with my little ones. The service was impeccable and I was honestly impressed with how well run this place was. I’ve been to many trampoline parks but this one tops them all. I had a delightful day. I want to personally thank Abdi and Saro for their amazing hospitality they were so professional, kind and they were just so good. I also want to say the Australian guy was amazing too I didn’t manage to catch his name. Thank you oxygen for the best day ever!Visited November 2023Traveled with familyWritten November 21, 2023
- stela_worldwideUnited Kingdom2 contributionsGreat ExperienceOne of the best trampoline parks in London!!! Didn’t start of well due to there being no space In the car park.. even after finding a space it was very busy in reception but once you reach the table to pay it’s a quick process. But it all changed once you enter the Jumping area, with great staff running competitions to keep the kids on their feet. Great staff who communicate with the kids and fulfil the experience. Another aspect which stood out was Clip and Climb. Even though there was about 9 or 10 kids. Sameer and the girl ( didn’t get her name ) delivered great service keeping the kids entertained whilst climbing even during a rescue. Other staff members who stood out was Abdi who assisted me how to use the locker and Lily who helped me in reception with completing the wavier. If in London will definitely visit again !!Visited November 2023Traveled with familyWritten November 21, 2023

Came here with 12yr old boy and 10yr old girl. First time at oxygen free jumping but have tried lots of other trampoline parks. Give this one a miss - hardly any staff and they close off large sections of the (already small) jump zone as they can’t be bothered supervising. Place isn’t very clean at all. If we can got in for free I would have felt short changed!..at £32 for an hour I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless it’s your very very last option - and I’d put sticking pins in your eyes above it!!....you have been warned!

Hi Steven
Sorry to hear you feel this way. The only sections we ever close off are the overflow trampolines upstairs. There are trampolines and all of our activities downstairs so don't worry you didn't miss anything!

Let's begin that till last minute already in party room I didn't know who is my party host (even now I don't as she run away when understood what she have done) , as she assumed that someone else booked birthday party. Package states that birthday child get personalised video? Well I still wonder how that video looks like, as still haven't seen one. Plus jumptastic birthday include Ice-cream, which kids never received so what is the point to pay extra? After party I had to look for reception and ask or anyone planing to give birthday child a 30 days pass, as no one even bothered about it ( and now with free pass they replaced my daughters paid pass into birthday boys, so most probably I lost another ÂŁ45). And food that it is top of the edge when I asked about food just I didn't know to cry or what, I paid for 10 kids food and I said that two kids wanted a hotdogs and rest 4 pizzas two share I was told that I need to pay for extra hotdogs, so them unbelievable team expects that two children would share a hotdogs? How do they imagine it to share sausage for one child and bun for another? To solve that they wasted mine 20 mins, and till end they were arguing that they are right untill I showed an email where clearly states that only pizza are to be shared for two kids.. and after one hour I had to look myself for partyroom, as no one knew where is it, one staff member said that it should be room 3, and another that room 5, and after trying to enter someone's birthday, and again running around like an idiot finally was taken to the room(lost around 10 mins from party room), where no one even bothered to swith on air conditioning, parents started to feel dizzy as it was way to hot. Water unaccessible, as no one even bothered to give one. Luckily we bought bottles of water on the way, because we haven't received neither glasses neither anything to drink for kids while they jump, the water was brought only in party room after food.. and no refill unless you willing to wait in main queue of cafe(my daughter tried to wait and I told that it is only waste of time), so what is the point in paying extra? And while it is says unlimited water....
atlist kids enjoyed jumping ....

Pros: good equipment that has recently been updated.
Cons: So many. Car park is very small considering how many people they sell tickets to, surrounding areas are all private parking so be aware that the nearest is 10 minute walk away, they say this on their website but you don’t expect the car park to be that small.
On arrival the check in screens were not working so joined the only queue, once at the front we were told, in order to fill in waivers you have to leave the queue at this point to fill them in and queue again. When I questioned this with the young female in the till she looked me up and down and turned her back on me.
Another member of staff checked us in and by this time 15 minutes of our allocated slot had passed, when I asked if they would accommodate this at the end of the session due to the check in screens not working she replied “it’s only 10 minutes”.
Poor young guy at the cafe was left alone to deal with a huge queue.
I will not be returning.
Try Rush or jumpin, much better organised.

Online booking system faulty so takes money without securing booking. On calling I was encouraged to come in and assured it would be sorted. After my 45 min drive in I was told my kids could only jump if I made another payment despite me showing staff bank transaction was going through from online booking. Assured that only one payment would be taken - they took two payments and 2 weeks later still struggling to get them to refund. One hour jumping for two kids cost me ÂŁ62 and no one person able to process a refund - have called at least 5 times..... good place if it works well but untrained staff and poor admin makes this a very frustrating experience.

The online booking process was very simple. There is standard waiver to fillout for all jumpers, fill this out online so to save time. But it can be done at the park also. This waiver lasts for 1 year. Once we arrived there were staff on hand to assist us. Plenty of the required jumping sock and free codable lockers were also available. The kids were given colour coded wristbands and once there jumping time was due they were allowed inside the arena. Considering it was the summer holidays it was not overtly busy, wich was nice. The newly refurbished site looks safe, clean and so much fun. There were lots of apparatus for all ages 1-50+ to enjoy. There is a nice cafe upstairs that serves hot and cold food. From the cafe there is plenty of seating where you can oversee the jumpers play without be intrusive. The staff are helpful and friendly and some go above and beyond. Overall the whole experience was very pleasant and would highly recommend this branch.

I organised my daughter's birthday party at this park and everything from the moment we entered the park was wrong. No organisation of any kind at the reception, untrained staff who always answers ' I don't know' to any questions asked. I had chosen the jumptastic package which was advertised as unlimited squash, pizza, chips, nachos, and churros out of which we were only given 2 pizzas for a party of 14 kids and again when we asked the host who kept running away, said this is all we get for our package. Bearing in mind that the package was almost 30 pounds a child, this is an absolute rip off. We did not even see any slush, nachos or churros as advertised. Between all this where the food did not even come , we were told to leave the room before we could even cut the cake. Despite paying so much money, the service is you receive is not even worth pennies. Please avoid booking any parties at this place as it is not just a waste of money but a waste of memories for a special event.

My friend and I bring our little ones for a monthly play date and they absolutely love it. They have been able to build their confidence with running, jumping, balancing and exploring new environments.
It’s a great way to get physical activity in to your routine, the cafe is comfy and has a lovely selection of books that families can enjoy too.

I came with my two children. Few minutes into the session I had injured myself in the swing rings. I informed a member of staff and he called another colleague(a first aider). The staff called Georgia, was very rude. After I said that I needed to check on my children, she said: “ You shouldn’t move if you’ve been injured” , she didn’t look very happy that she had go through the process of assessing and make a record of the incident, she behave like she was in a rush and I was “wasting” her time. And she wasn’t gonna write down anything about my injury. The manager came and took over and noted everything. Although the manager vas very nice, I wouldn’t recommend it…

Very disappointed with the O2 management and seems fully money minded. We had birthday party on 3rd Sep. Apart from jumping(which was good) birthday party package was complete mess and too rushed.
1) No answerability why our agreed larger room was changed at run time.
2) Below average rooms - congested and very dark. Not suitable for bday celebration including cake cutting
3) No response on email queries before birthday.
4) Just 30 min room allocation for cake cutting and kids pizza eating. It was all rushed and were start getting reminders after 20 min to vacate room for next guests.
5) Got survey email from O2 just for formality. Even after raising concerns no one from O2 tried to contact is till now

We took 2 children for a birthday and they had a fantastic afternoon. Lovely facilities, clean and great value as we got 2 for 1, however the best thing about oxygen was the fantastic team of young staff who made the afternoon really special. They couldn’t have done more to make the experience positive for our children, they were encouraging and kind with all the children that afternoon and we even got a birthday shout out.
Thank you so much we will be coming back!

Hi, is this suitable for little kids too - 1 year and 4.5 year old ?
Written August 2, 2018
Hi there it’s definitely safe and appropriate for a 4.5 year old but not a 1 year old. I don’t think a 1 year old is allowed to be honest. But 4.5 yes :)

Hi I'm thinking about a party here for my daughters 6th birthday but worried that it will be chaotic and not well managed. I can see a lot of people take older children for parties here would be grateful for some feedback and whether people would wait until they are older? Much appreciated
Written April 5, 2017
Hi Louise,
Thanks for your interest in a party. Our parties are for a range of ages and we also have separate 'Little Os' party sessions for 5yo and under so this might be more suitable for your daughter despite being her 6th birthday. Our parties are managed by our team of party hosts and court monitors who keep the fun going whilst being as organised as possible. If you would like to give our customer services team a ring on 02038461386 then we can take you through the full range of options and perhaps pick a session which be quieter.
Thanks,
Harry

I've been on hold calling customer services for 9 minutes now, will anyone answer the phone?
Written January 6, 2017
no , after we got home from the party the party mum realised none of the children had been given the party bags she had paid ÂŁ3 per child extra for and she tried calling them over 20 times in the following 3 days and never got an answer she eventually got s response and refund by emailing them.
Written January 6, 2017
Yes there is a car park with 30 spaces. If this is full you can use the excess on Kendal Ave.
Thanks,

Im planning to book on December 26 ,2016 for my daughter's 10th birthday. How much is the cost per children? Do you serve any food for kids ?if so how much?thanks a lot!
Written October 16, 2016
Party food is just pizza, (and squash to drink), so take any extra veg/salad and cake/biscuits you might want.
Price might have changed so call them.

Can under 5's jump with an adult at the free jump session?
Written June 29, 2016
Hi Jonny, the best sessions for younger children are the Little Os from 9-11am, as they are reserved for under 5's and their guardians. These sessions are generally quieter and better for younger children who want to explore the park safely. We also play Disney songs and have occasional visits from our mascot Little O! Thanks, Harry

Hi, I booked online for a certain date for "Trampoline Academy 16+," and it said that the cost was 0pp. Does this mean the one hour of trampolining is free? Or will there be a cost at the door?
Sincerely,
-College student on a budget
Written February 24, 2016
Wow, that's really strange- it sounds like a booking glitch as they usually charge around ÂŁ12 per hour. If you have a confirmed booking in writing with 0p they're legally obligated to honour it so you might have got lucky. Fingers crossed!

Hi there. I'm thinking of having my sons bday party there. Do they get a private area for play that includes everything (trampolines, obstacle course etc.) or is it shared with the general public?
Thanks,
