Myself and 2 children (6 and 7 years) went to the trampoline park at O2 in London.
We enjoyed ourselves and even I had fun running around with the kids. I feel the tickets were pretty expensive (£15.50 per person children and adults same price) and this was for one hour.
Other then the price everything was good and staff were very helpful

Visited today with toddlers for the ‘Little O’ session. £6 per child and £6 adult also.
*CONS*
Not enough lockers
Staff chatting at reception and forgot to let us into arena after watching safety video
Car park has been halved now there are now only approximately 30 spaces, two of which are for disabled although you would never know because two selfish parents parked there without badges and as all the staff appeared to be under 25 years I guess they did not want to challenge whereas I expect a maturer manager would have!
*PROS*
Clean environment with hand sanitiser stations
Plenty of space
Foam section closed off
Two floors with lots of different trampolines
Bouncy house with slide
Cafe seating well spaced for social distancing

We went here today at 12 noon, we booked in advance. You have to sign a waiver before jumping and listen to the safety briefing. You can do a 60 or 90 minute session. The place is great, trampolines, slides, ninja warrior course and a high ropes activity (that you need shoes for)
There is a smaller gated soft play section for small children.
A cafe sits above the place for drinks and snacks.
Staff are plentiful.
The large trampolines weren’t open, which was disappointing.
Staff organise dodgeball games for the kids, which is a great. We’d go again.

Online booking system faulty so takes money without securing booking. On calling I was encouraged to come in and assured it would be sorted. After my 45 min drive in I was told my kids could only jump if I made another payment despite me showing staff bank transaction was going through from online booking. Assured that only one payment would be taken - they took two payments and 2 weeks later still struggling to get them to refund. One hour jumping for two kids cost me £62 and no one person able to process a refund - have called at least 5 times..... good place if it works well but untrained staff and poor admin makes this a very frustrating experience.

The online booking process was very simple. There is standard waiver to fillout for all jumpers, fill this out online so to save time. But it can be done at the park also. This waiver lasts for 1 year. Once we arrived there were staff on hand to assist us. Plenty of the required jumping sock and free codable lockers were also available. The kids were given colour coded wristbands and once there jumping time was due they were allowed inside the arena. Considering it was the summer holidays it was not overtly busy, wich was nice. The newly refurbished site looks safe, clean and so much fun. There were lots of apparatus for all ages 1-50+ to enjoy. There is a nice cafe upstairs that serves hot and cold food. From the cafe there is plenty of seating where you can oversee the jumpers play without be intrusive. The staff are helpful and friendly and some go above and beyond. Overall the whole experience was very pleasant and would highly recommend this branch.

I came with my two children. Few minutes into the session I had injured myself in the swing rings. I informed a member of staff and he called another colleague(a first aider). The staff called Georgia, was very rude. After I said that I needed to check on my children, she said: “ You shouldn’t move if you’ve been injured” , she didn’t look very happy that she had go through the process of assessing and make a record of the incident, she behave like she was in a rush and I was “wasting” her time. And she wasn’t gonna write down anything about my injury. The manager came and took over and noted everything. Although the manager vas very nice, I wouldn’t recommend it…

We took 2 children for a birthday and they had a fantastic afternoon. Lovely facilities, clean and great value as we got 2 for 1, however the best thing about oxygen was the fantastic team of young staff who made the afternoon really special. They couldn’t have done more to make the experience positive for our children, they were encouraging and kind with all the children that afternoon and we even got a birthday shout out.
Thank you so much we will be coming back!

Came here with 12yr old boy and 10yr old girl. First time at oxygen free jumping but have tried lots of other trampoline parks. Give this one a miss - hardly any staff and they close off large sections of the (already small) jump zone as they can’t be bothered supervising. Place isn’t very clean at all. If we can got in for free I would have felt short changed!..at £32 for an hour I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless it’s your very very last option - and I’d put sticking pins in your eyes above it!!....you have been warned!

Hi Steven
Sorry to hear you feel this way. The only sections we ever close off are the overflow trampolines upstairs. There are trampolines and all of our activities downstairs so don't worry you didn't miss anything!

My friend and I bring our little ones for a monthly play date and they absolutely love it. They have been able to build their confidence with running, jumping, balancing and exploring new environments.
It’s a great way to get physical activity in to your routine, the cafe is comfy and has a lovely selection of books that families can enjoy too.

Visited with two girls I care for, staff were friendly upon arrival. Cafe was good for the money we paid. It was very empty and the staff are fantastic especially Regina, she was brilliant with the kids in making conversation and playing games.
Will definitely be returning !

Hi, is this suitable for little kids too - 1 year and 4.5 year old ?

Hi there it’s definitely safe and appropriate for a 4.5 year old but not a 1 year old. I don’t think a 1 year old is allowed to be honest. But 4.5 yes :)
Enjoy x

Hi I'm thinking about a party here for my daughters 6th birthday but worried that it will be chaotic and not well managed. I can see a lot of people take older children for parties here would be grateful for some feedback and whether people would wait until they are older? Much appreciated
Hi Louise,
Thanks for your interest in a party. Our parties are for a range of ages and we also have separate 'Little Os' party sessions for 5yo and under so this might be more suitable for your daughter despite being her 6th birthday. Our parties are managed by our team of party hosts and court monitors who keep the fun going whilst being as organised as possible. If you would like to give our customer services team a ring on 02038461386 then we can take you through the full range of options and perhaps pick a session which be quieter.
Thanks,
Harry

no , after we got home from the party the party mum realised none of the children had been given the party bags she had paid £3 per child extra for and she tried calling them over 20 times in the following 3 days and never got an answer she eventually got s response and refund by emailing them.

Is there a car park ?
Yes there is a car park with 30 spaces. If this is full you can use the excess on Kendal Ave.
Thanks,
Im planning to book on December 26 ,2016 for my daughter's 10th birthday. How much is the cost per children? Do you serve any food for kids ?if so how much?thanks a lot!

Party food is just pizza, (and squash to drink), so take any extra veg/salad and cake/biscuits you might want.
Price might have changed so call them.

how many dose it cost per 1hour

Can under 5's jump with an adult at the free jump session?
Hi Jonny, the best sessions for younger children are the Little Os from 9-11am, as they are reserved for under 5's and their guardians. These sessions are generally quieter and better for younger children who want to explore the park safely. We also play Disney songs and have occasional visits from our mascot Little O! Thanks, Harry
Hi, I booked online for a certain date for "Trampoline Academy 16+," and it said that the cost was 0pp. Does this mean the one hour of trampolining is free? Or will there be a cost at the door?
Sincerely,
-College student on a budget

Wow, that's really strange- it sounds like a booking glitch as they usually charge around £12 per hour. If you have a confirmed booking in writing with 0p they're legally obligated to honour it so you might have got lucky. Fingers crossed!

Hi there. I'm thinking of having my sons bday party there. Do they get a private area for play that includes everything (trampolines, obstacle course etc.) or is it shared with the general public?
Thanks,
Sal
