We were a group of 10 who visited London in early May and cannot express how impressed we were from beginning to end with Totally Tailored. Charley and Gabi set up a marvelous 4 day itinerary visiting the highlights of London as well as visits to the Cotswolds, Oxford University and Windsor Castle. And now, for the best part, our tour guide was Gavin. WOW!!! He was able to keep the 10 of us engaged with his humor, delivery and vast knowledge. He was by far the best tour guide that I have ever experienced. And, even when the 4 day tour was completed, Charley contacted us to verify that we were satisfied. Totally Tailored is an extremely professional organization.

What can I say about Charley and her amazing guides. My son and I spent 11 days in the London area. From Charley meeting us at the airport and our own personal driver for the entire trip it started out great. Ollie was our guide for a Jack the Ripper tour and Natalie for our ghost tour of Smithfields Market. J loved both of these evenings and asked questions and made statements that tge guides likes. Angus was our guide of Westminster, Windsor Castle and the Tower of London. The details he provided was unbelievable. Then there is Charley who I spent 18 months getting to know and work with to plan this trip of a lifetime. She put my mind and heart at ease when she informed me she had worked with individuals on the Autism Spectrum. She had my son laughing when she ran into the English Channel, in Brighton or feeding the birds in St. James Park. We fell in love with the city and want to return. My favorite part was when Charley and I kept telling my son we where seeing Mama Mia but instead we surprised him with Phantom of the Opera which is favorite musical. Gabbi, thank you for all your hard work in the office.

Meme, thank you for the glowing review! I so enjoyed getting to be apart of your special trip. Getting to surprise Jordan with the Phantom of the Opera tickets was such so much fun! The entire team loved getting to know you both and we look forward to seeing you on your next trip to the UK.

We went on the Rock and Roll Tour for Totally Tailored. The company was very easy to deal with and cooperative, which isn't the same for all the companies we dealt with in London. They were flexible for start and finish times and places. Our tour guide Olly was awesome and a lot of fun.
Totally tailored does ask for what you want to see and tailors the tour around that. It says specifically that this tour doesn't go to Abbey Road, but we did because we requested it. There is also a gift shop at Abbey Road that was an excellent way to end the tour.
We spent most of our time in Soho, and Olly took us to a bunch of cool spots, album covers, record studios, and gave us the scoop on a lot of places that otherwise we really would have just walked by. Brits don't put up neon signs for their attractions like Americans do!
My only real issue was that Olly was absolutely mental about the Beatles. Everyone loves the Beatles so that's cool and a lot of other stuff went on around the Beatles. But I love Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd, and they were definitely not high priorities. I think if I were to do this tour in the future I would want it to be longer and see more.
I enjoyed talking with Olly quite a bit, and the price of the tour was right on or cheaper than most of the others I saw. It was a walking tour though so we were a bit limited on what we could do in the time we had. But I absolutely recommend it, both the company and the guide.

Our Rock and Roll tour is one of our favorite off-the-beaten-track tours, so glad you enjoyed it. As a small business, we are always trying to expand and improve our offering. We did multiple tours with Totally Tailored while in London for Spring Break with our two teenagers and it was a terrific experience, I wrote a separate review for the Borough Market Food Tour (amazing), but wanted to also recognize that our Best of London tour with Rob, and our Windsor Castle tour with Angus were both equally fantastic. Both guides were knowledgeable, funny, engaging and patient with our family that had different personalities and interests. I could probably go on and on about how wonderful I think the tours were, but I also want to mention that Charley, the owner whom we never met in person, was a huge help in planning our trip. We were originally supposed to visit London in March 2020, we had already paid quite a bit of money towards those tours. When I reached out to Charley in January 2023, Charley had our information, our deposits, and picking the process back up was seamless. Bravo to the whole team!

Our private food tour of Borough Market with Cara was excellent! The selection of food and beverages was fantastic and the vendors were very friendly and helpful. Cara is an extremely energetic and knowledgeable guide who customized our tour based on our preferences. We highly recommend this tour if you’re interested in an unforgettable experience while in London. So much fun and lots of laughs!

I joined the Virtual Bus Tour of Charley in the last month 3 different times. After the first one, I was hooked and don't want to miss the other ones anymore.
Charley of Totally Tailored is an amazing guide who will make sure that everyone feels safe and entertained. I have a lot of respect for how Charley treats her guest. She comes up with so many stories about her life in London in combination with historical and funny facts while we sitting in a London Bus.
Highly recommended and when I can travel to London again I will contact Charley for sure for a private tour.

We took the Proper Pub Experience tour with Ollie and had an amazing time. Ollie’s knowledge of the local history and his sense of humor were very much worth the cost. Definitely recommend this tour and Totally Tailored if you want a memorable experience during your trip.

We had a quick 12 hours in London and decided to book a Layover Tour to make the most of our time there (I had never been). We landed at Gatwick airport around 9pm and had a flight out of Heathrow the next day at 11am. My husband reached out to Charley at Totally Tailored day of and she was able to book us a Layover Tour with Graham that night.
Graham picked us up at the airport in his iconic black London taxi and proceeded to give us an amazing tour of the key sights in London. Graham got to know us on our long drive from Gatwick into the city and then adjusted our tour based on our tastes. Graham clearly knew London like the back of his hand. We were amazed how he'd pull onto a quiet street, walk us around the corner, and suddenly we'd have an incredible view of a London monument.
We were at the end of a 2.5 week trip through Europe so we saw this tour as just a last minute, "let's just see something when we're here," add-on. But, Graham was so personable and fun that this ended up being a highlight for our European trip. Although we didn't really have a choice on the day, Monday night ended up being perfect. There was no traffic so we were able to see everything we wanted to in 4.5 hours (a few of the major highlights were: Tower Bridge, Tower of London, St. Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, & Buckingham Palace).
Next time we're in London we will definitely be booking more tours through the company!

Having only been able to attend virtual (online) tours for quite some time now I want to review this fantastic company and Charley. I have to admit that I had no idea how it would work during my first virtual tour, but I admit that I have been nothing short of delighted. Not only by Charley's obvious enthusiasm for guiding, but also for her love of London. She presents her tours in a friendly way that makes you feel at ease instantly and almost like you're actually walking around with a friend!
She makes you feel comfortable about asking questions and willingly answers with a passion that is evident in every reply.
Her skill at adapting a tour because of unseen situations (traffic diversions etc) make her very impressive to see too. I can't wait for when I'm able to book an actual in-person tour with Charley because I'm sure it will be an absolute pleasure.
I can't recommend Charley and Totally Tailored highly enough.
She makes you feel comfortable about asking questions and willingly answers with a passion that is evident in every reply.

Local food tours are my favorite activity when on vacation and I had always wanted to explore London’s famed Borough Market with an expert, I discovered on the market’s website that TT is one of only two guide services officially sanctioned to give tours of the market. It made sense as Charley, TT’s founder and our guide for the day has actually worked there and knows the vendors and the market like the back of her hand. We tried many delicious things over the tour and learned a lot. We tasted so much on the afternoon tour that it basically served as dinner, so plan accordingly.
