Arrrghhh! No no no

Avoid it at all costs. I cannot recommend this at all. One shop they don't have is an euthanasia clinic for the to adults, which would be a welcome and essential addition. Too many people kids queuing for ages. Computer system managed to stop me coming back in after I went out to shop in Westfield. Staff asked me to contact one of the kids in my party to prove who I was. Kids inside me outside. Duh? Called a manager. Equally useless. Expensive brand awareness exercise (catch em young) in one of the nastiest shopping-hangers in London

Not worth going as there is no role- play experience for the children.
Nov 2021 • Family
we visited Kidzania Westfield 13th November 2021 with a group of excited children wanting to dress up.in costume of their chosen profession.
How wrong were we and how disappointed these children were, as there were no costumes to dress up in.
We were told because of Covid, there are no costumes.
We were not told this on the website and had the company mentioned this on the website I guess as other parents we would not of travelled across London for an experience of having our hard earned cash taken like that
when we signed in there were no mention of no costumes nothing was said.
Had we as parents not asked at what point their children would try on the costumes, then we would of been at Kidzania for the duration of 4 hours without any experience as this was faulsfully advertised and by then it would of been too late to ask for a refund.
The only experience was children pushing around blue suitcases on trolly, to me this again was no experience
What really got me , was staff speaking about covid as to why there were no uniforms they still said the children can gain experience, experience with what ??????
Another crazy was mixing families in ambulances, fire trucks and small office type miniture hospitals
fire stations you name it
what I dont understand why mix families in small ambulances fire trucks if you are so worried about covid??????? You might as well go.the whole way and have the experience that the children and their families came for.
Personally Kidzania should not of open up.this year if all they do is take your money and dont deliver the services.

It is totally a rip, totally WRONG off just taking hard earned cash for children to parade up and down the building without experiencing role-play.
You are better off taking your family to the museum the children would get a
better experience there.
With this submission it asks to leave a rating otherwise it wont except your comment
Had I had my way the eating would be 0

better experience from learning about dinasaws.

absolutely amazing Birthday party @Kidzania (Rita,Naz &Tanesha)
Nov 2021
I had a party for my son on the weekend at kidzania it was absolutely amazing the kids had so much fun it was money well spent VIP package was just that the birthday boy and his friends all felt special the parents didn't have to worry about a thing and we at ease spent time in the adult lounge. had the whole square to us it was a whole delightful experience. it was amazing from start to finish and this was due to the birthday host Naz, Rita, Tamesha they were absolutely amazing without them i don't think we would of enjoyed ourselves to the fullest they were funny polite attentive and there loving smiles made it all that more a happy experience they have the patience of Mary Poppins absolutely love them. the town Cryer was an amazing touch along with the mascot.

thank you again NAZ, RITA and Tanesha (sorry for any wrong spellings on names)

also thank you to the guys who took my confused and unorganised phone calls to set this all up you guys were amazing too xxx

Awful, waste of money!
Nov 2021 • Family
Awful experience. Absolutely nothing for early years apart from empty rooms with barely any toys, empty toy boxes and empty bookshelves. The pretend cafe was literally empty and had clearly not had any thought put into it. Staff very uninterested and unhelpful and lots of activities closed. Tried to complain and got no where as they have a “no refunds policy”. My son was turned away on the aeroplane after queueing as we didn’t know it was only over 4s but I was later informed he should have been invited as a passenger which would have softened the disappointment but this option was not offered to us. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY.

Long queues and disappointed children
Nov 2021 • Family
On the positive side the staff were good and for the MOST part well trained, and the experiences, when you could get to them, were interesting and fun. However, they allowed far too many people in, the queues were horrendous with long waits for every experience and food. We got to the front of the queue for one area and a poorly trained member of staff mistakenly refused to let my 5 year old participate because he didn’t understand the system, leaving her in tears. They charge for adults whose only pleasure is trying to placate bored and frustrated youngsters waiting in long lines! We left early as there was no point spending hours queuing, resulting in some very disappointed children. I complained at the time and was assured I would be contacted, but I never heard from them.

Good idea on paper, awful experience in practice
Nov 2021 • Family
On paper this place sounded perfect for my 7 year old who loves to play and get involved. In reality it's an overpriced, chaotic and boring (you can queue 20mins for each activity) experience and we're never going back. Making young children queue seems ridiculous, you end up spending half the time doing this. That, or you end up missing activities because of timing. The kids (and some mums) were rude, it was far too busy. The staff didn't explain how it worked beforehand or how best to earn money. The whole thing was not enjoyable at all. And if your kid has any sensory issues (mine doesn't) avoid this place like the plague.

Fantastic day
Oct 2021 • Family
A fantastic experience for the kids. Lots to keep a 10 & 8 year old engaged. The kids had independence in choosing their favourite activity’s and especially loved being a firefighter! Top makes go to the enthusiastic staff who made the experience! Great x4 hours & value for money!

Horrendous!
Oct 2021 • Family
The only way I think this place could be improved is to shut it down! The queues for all the popular activities were at least an hour, children bored to tears queuing for an hour to do an activity that's lasts 10 mins or less, the staff looked as bored as the queuing kids, no engagement from them at all, people wandering around aimlessly, nowhere for the grown ups to sit if their child was lucky enough to get to do an activity. What few tables there were were full of rubbish probably due to the fact the bins were overflowing.
Too hot, too noisy, totally unorganised, absolute waste of money.
I'd rather have paid extra to have allocated times at pre chosen activities than it be just an over subscribed money grabbing disappointment. If you are thinking of going my advice would be... DON'T!!

Lovely idea!
Oct 2021 • Family
It's a lovey idea to create this city where kids can take over. My kids loved working at all the stations to get their salaries and to be able to choose how to use their little credit card. Friendly staff!
