4 of us visited after a trip to the Tutenkamen exhibition - made welcome and given plenty of time to peruse the extensive menu. We ordered the sharing menu (including a bottle of Lebanese house wine) and were amazed at the quantity and variety of very tasty food that was brought (beware the chilli sauce). We thoroughly enjoyed everything and would happily return. As always with Middle /eastern food, the variety of dips and other starters was vast and tasty. We found the description of the dessert as baklava rather confusing - not the traditional baklava but rather a variety of finger desserts - very tasty nontheless. Definitely worth another visit.

I am reviewing as an expert in Lebanese food having lived in Lebanon and enjoyed the great Lebanese food at its source. Over the years I have tried most Lebanese restaurants in London and the surrounding counties hoping to find a restaurant that would serve food as delicious as Maroush Beauchamp place. I have not found a replacement for it. The food is authentic and always reminds me of Lebanon and is a gastronomic pleasure to the tastebuds. The flavours are amazing, the food freshly cooked and service is excellent. The restaurant is good on portion sizes and always offer complimentary Baklawa or fruit @ the end of the meal. We always tend to start the meal with mezze ( starter) and once we finish that course we order the mains as we always over order the starters as its all so delicious, and then sometimes share a main dish. Lebanese wine is a discovery for most of my friends as it is not available in most shops and I would recommend Ksara. Often I find that I have no space left for dessert as I tend to enjoy savoury food, but on a few occasions we have enjoyed dessert and it is the icing on the cake. The atmosphere is vibrant like the food and the Lebanese culture. The management is to be congratulated.

Beauchamp Place is a lovely boutique lane in Knightsbridge and as I was strolling the street. I found this hidden gem, 19 Beauchamp Place is currently doing a series of designer pop ups and it was wonderful to see their interesting pieces. Not only is the pop up, stocking beautiful designs, the pieces can not be bought anywhere else in London. The shop itself felt very intimate and I bought some beautiful pieces from their current stockists The Independent Club. The street itself is a lovely shopping destination as it has everything from food, bars to unique shops. I am extremely happy that I found 19 Beauchamp Place and I will definitely be returning to see what other treats they will have in store.
