Company left us without a cab home in the middle of the night in London was told to take it up with them when I tried there was no contact available apart from a complaint page and the response was we will get back to you in 2 days!

I booked a large car but it was a really small car came to pick me up. I paid more for a 6 seat car based on the website pics but at the end it was still a small car which should be cost less more than I paid. Also, on the way to the T5, I told the driver that we need to change the destination as T2 instead. The driver said that he need to call the company to confirm the extra payments and he said I need to pay extra 8-10 pounds. I said ok, and ask the exact amount of the payment for several times but the driver didn’t answer me directly and said the money will be in cash and give to him straightaway rather that I pay through a company account. And finally he said it should be 10 pounds. It makes me feel like he was charging more and the trip made me really unpleasant and uncomfortable. When I complained to the company, the driver denied that he accept the money and said it was a 6 seats car but the customer didn’t notice that. The fact is me and my friend have to put 2 small luggages at the front seat because there was no room to sit! The driver is a liar, and the later responses made me feel the company is awful. NO RECOMMEND!

Trio cars- the worst taxi ever

ordered from minicabit - trio cars.. worst experience ever.

Driver was one hour late and he was shouting at me that its not his fault and hung up.

Pre-paid for our ride from Gatwick to Chingford. Being in such a tired state after flying all night from Canada, I had forgot this. When we got to our hotel, he asked for payment and we thought nothing of it asked to pay with credit card. But he insisted on cash. We thought that was weird but whatever we paid cash. After arriving back home and going through our online payments, we realized the error on our part and how the driver purposely scammed us to pay twice. We are flying back to England this fall and I will not be using this company. I recommend anyone who does use them, to pay better attention then I did or you'll double pay!

The Savoy meet and greet before even landing in the UK . I am a mum of 3 travelling alone with 3 kids to the UK for a week. The driver was nowhere to be found even after waiting for an hour let alone and meet and greet. I called him as soon as got a UK tourist SIM from arrivals WH Smith and he took another 45 minutes to show up and started to scream at us so loudly to follow him to car park and to n my ale sure that we carry our baggage trolleys ourselves that the entire airport arrival area crowd was screaming at us in bewilderment. This rude humongous guy Asif should never be allowed to drive , let alone be a driver .

This outfit should be avoided at all costs.

Never use them.

Late, surly or no show with an array of bogus excuses.

Please do yourself a favour and use anybody else.

Really poor communication leading up to the booking with our driver. Wouldn't respond to emails initially.

Our driver was 15 minutes late.

The car was a joke. It was filthy dirty on the outside and not clean inside (drinks bottles in side door pockets, filthy footwells), the boot had a bunch of dirty items in when we put our suitcases in.

Our driver was friendly enough but needed google maps on full volume to find the M25 from Heathrow... really? It was 6am

Seems Minicabit don't use professional drivers. This guy seemed like someone with a car had just turned up.

I have tried 2-3 times even today also and there drivers are never on time and if you get late due to immigration or anything they charge you extra for even 5 minutes extra waiting. I dropped email regarding today’s delay the driver was 30 minutes late but there is no reply from them.

So I will never recommend this minicabit

Don't EVER book from them!!! They are CHEATING!!!! They deserve 0 stars!!!!
THEIR Bloody website made an error and now I am a mom with 2 kids stranded and they refuse to refund for their mistake!!!

Minicabit is unreliable and unprofessional

I have booked and paid for a taxi with Sunrise cars, account Minicabit.
I have scheduled a meeting for 9:00 A.M on October 30th 2019, Heathrow Terminal 2.
At 9:00 am, my name was not on any of the present drivers’ boards.
So I left to get another taxi to collect my cat at the Animal Reception Centre.

On November 2nd 2019, I have sent an email asking for a full refund.

On November 4th 2019, Sunrise cars and Minicabit emailed me back, stating that driver had entered the parking at 8:59 am and was in the Terminal 2 at 9:03 am.
They even have attached 2 maps showing the driver’s progression.
I have given my flights details when making the booking with Minicabit.

The GPS maps show that:
- At 8: 59:51 , the driver is on Tunnel Side Bore West and Cashot Way
- At 9:03:59, the driver was on Condor way
- At 9:05:01, the driver is at the intersection of Clipper and Coyley roads
- At 9:06:02, there is a blue spot inside Terminal 2 Arrivals.

Sunrise cars and Minicabit wrote to me later that stating that the driver was on time and that I will not get any refund.

My plane from Canada landed at 7:42 am (instead of 7:30 am) and I was in Terminal 2 Arrivals hall at 8:30 am. I have a receipt of WH Smith at 8:35 am to prove my presence.

Rest assured, Madam, Sir, that I will bring my case further.
