Booked shuttle with company for July however Covid hit and had to cancel. Refund promised after trying to issue credit prior to policy change. Refund has not been issued, company will not respond to emails (I’ll add they are not threatening and am willing to share if someone does not believe). Unimpressed, currently not willing to recommend to others.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Heathrow Shuttle. From booking, paying, and being collected and dropped off at our final destination, was effortless. The moment we came through the arrivals at the airport, we were met by their friendly driver who quickly packed our many bags into their 9-seater vehicle. Our family of 6 was driven to our Air BnB safely and quickly.
Thank you for your wonderful service and friendly staff. I would highly recommend them as a shuttle company!

Very good service. The driver contacted us immediately after landing with good knowledge as to where he would be picking us up. Swift and professional ride to get us to our hotel without delays. Ice cold water bottles a nice bonus after a long flight.

I have never experienced a shuttle service to and from Heathrow more caring and reliable. In spite of the fact that our incoming flight had been changed, and our arrival time much delayed, the service was still there for us and took us directly to our hotel/lodging. Throughout our experience (including arranging for them in the first place, asking for clarification, etc.) the company responded quickly and warmly. In addition they were there absolutely on time to pick us up at our hotel to return us to Heathrow after our holiday. I recommend them without qualification.

We booked this service for a trip from Waterloo to Heathrow last week, after calling the day before to confirm our booking we were told again that we would be picked up within a 30 min window. After waiting an hour and not receiving a call we called them and on the third attempt we got through to be told our shuttle would be a further 20 mins! After waiting again we called and were told we cancelled the service.
Totally unreliable and dishonest organisation, we caught a cab to get to the airport just in time. Don't trust these shocks.

Heathrow Airiport Shuttle not only fulfilled my expectations, they exceeded them Courteous, on time, professional, accommodating! Skillful drivers found the best ways through London traffic. Clean cars, too. Perfect experience. Highly recommended!!

Our hotel booked our pick up for 7:30 a.m. - 8 a.m. for a noon flight. The shuttle company confused the pick up time and we were not picked up until close to 8:30 a.m. Then, they made 2 more stops before leaving for Heathrow. (We were still in central London at 9 a.m.). Due to incredible trafffic on the M4, we did not get to the airport until close to 10:45 a.m. Our gate was open and the window for check in was almost closed. Needless to say, it was upsetting.
Heather Shuttle is completely incompetent and I will never use their service again.

Travelled 20 hours from Australia & expected to see HSL with the promised transport waiting at Heathrow - after all they say they "monitor your flight online".
No show.
No refund ( we prepaid by card) even though they said they would when contacted by phone immediately after we discovered (we searched Heathrow for 20 minutes) there was no one there.
Emailed a polite request asking for the promised refund. No reply.
Says it all really.

We used this service while visiting London. They were recommended by a friend who used to live there and still visits often. The Tube does go to Heathrow, but hauling all your luggage up and down stairs then making a connecting Tube line to get near your hotel. Lastly, you have to haul your luggage through the station and streets to your hotel. Many stations DO NOT have elevators.
With this service, schedule your pick up and drop off (discount for booking two ways). They pick you up right in front of customs at the airport and drop you at your hotel door. You can get a just you van or share a ride to save money. If you share, make sure you account for dropping off others since you may the last dropped off. TIP: Tip the guy a £ a bag is greatly appreciated

I booked a car service for August, months in advance but unfortunately had to cancel. I would not recommend doing this as I was charged a 5% penalty for cancelling a booking 7 months out. Only book on short notice would be my recommendation. I understand a flat fee for cancellation processing but a % of the total 7 months out seems excessive. Alternatively book with another company that does not require payment in full that far out. Viator for example only requires payment the day before.

Can I get a shared shuttle from Heathrow Terminal 2 to Victory House, 2-6 Romsey Road, Southampton for 1 person & if so, what does it cost?

Hi, Where can we find info on Heathrow Shuttle Limited? We need to get from Heathrow to Paddington Hotel next week and would rather not pay the high prices of the Express. Would love to know more about the Shuttle... price, time to Paddington, how to 'order' it. =) thanks!
