It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Heathrow Shuttle. From booking, paying, and being collected and dropped off at our final destination, was effortless. The moment we came through the arrivals at the airport, we were met by their friendly driver who quickly packed our many bags into their 9-seater vehicle. Our family of 6 was driven to our Air BnB safely and quickly.
Thank you for your wonderful service and friendly staff. I would highly recommend them as a shuttle company!

Very good service. The driver contacted us immediately after landing with good knowledge as to where he would be picking us up. Swift and professional ride to get us to our hotel without delays. Ice cold water bottles a nice bonus after a long flight.

Booked shuttle with company for July however Covid hit and had to cancel. Refund promised after trying to issue credit prior to policy change. Refund has not been issued, company will not respond to emails (I’ll add they are not threatening and am willing to share if someone does not believe). Unimpressed, currently not willing to recommend to others.

After a bit of a wait, we located our driver who was interesting to talk to and a good driver. We were given a any information about London on our way to hotel. We were dropped off right outside our hotel door.

Heathrow shuttle is a very economical service , what I have found it is great service when you want to save money and in addition there small coaches / buses use bus lanes which could save time of yours while others could be waiting in traffic.
I found their drivers professional who know what they are doing. You can easily book your seats and contact admin.
I would recommend them specially to students and groups.

Heathrow Airiport Shuttle not only fulfilled my expectations, they exceeded them Courteous, on time, professional, accommodating! Skillful drivers found the best ways through London traffic. Clean cars, too. Perfect experience. Highly recommended!!
