Movie theater with live plays
Jun 2018 • Family
The first time I ever saw legitimate theater in s movie house. We saw a very cutting edge production of Noel Coward’s Brief Encounter. With live music, multimedia and farcical elements all wrapped around 1930’s style drama, it was interesting to say the least.
Definitely a good cast, regardless.

Poor customer service.

Not pleased the way your staff is talking with the customers. Very rude and rushing us to order quicker. We were with a child and he didn't know exactly what he wants to eat. Anyway. Rude.

Disappointing customer service
Sep 2017 • Family
Went to see Kinsman today with my husband and two children, bought tickets but was refused entry as my son was not quite 15. Although I understand this and our money was refunded, it was the attitude of one of the assistants that was disappointing. The three of you could go. When I asked what my son should do, I was told, I'm just saying that you three could go. What is wrong with people, why would we go to the cinema as a family and then let one child sit outside while the rest of us watch the film. Will seriously have to consider if I will visit this cinema again. Back to the Odeon, Lea Valley I think

New, modern, clean and very friendly cinema. Great prices, especially great value on Tuesdays when the tickets cost only £3.95

Nice cinema and good prices

I really enjoyed this cinema.
Is really cheap than the other around London and is quite big.
Our movie was on screen 9 and was a really huge screen.
Comfortable seat, great view and clear sound.
For me was a little bit cold inside because of the air.

Convenient, affordable and friendly staff
Aug 2016 • Couples
This cinema is located in a convenient location. Lots of bus routes nearby and the underground is walking distance. There is also a car park that is affordable too. At the entrance of the cinema there is a self service facility in order to book and pay for your ticket. You are also given a choice to choose your seat. You get a standard or a premium choice. We bought standard seat tickets for £7.50 each. My machine didn't work and kept failing. There was no sign to suggest this before, so was a bit of time wasted. Clean cinema on first observation. Airing and friendly staff. We had to wait whilst our screen was prepared. Once we went in our seats were dirty. They had stains on them that looked like chocolate. At a glance most seats were marked. Which was a shame as when purchasing your ticket, your paying for a seat that you want clean. I refused to sit on a dirty seat so I went and informed some one who apologised and cleaned the seats straight away. The seats were too wet to sit on so we were seated in premium seats for no extra charge, that we appreciated. The cinema screen
Was a good large size and the sound wasn't too loud either. We would decimate my go back but staff need to make sure seats are kept clean.
