With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.

I always give unbiased reviews, surprised to hear so many bad experiences. I started out with buying a $30 voucher for a 60-min Guasha facial with a girl friend. She went Orchard Central branch, I went TQL. Her experience was average, I liked mine and signed up 6 sessions with them, they offer 6+6, if not it is too costly for me. Now each session is about $165.
One star deducted as recently their system was didn, couldnt check bookings yet did not call me back after promising to do so twice! Thats not a good experience. I ended up at another Spa for facial.

I can't believe ANYONE would write a positive review of this place so I'm going to make sure I let everybody know that this place is located on Earl's Court, just off the Earl's Court Metro stop. I had a sore back and stiff neck from touring Europe so I was relieved to see this "Massage" place so I go in a make and appointment for 30 min full body massage. At first appearance the place looks clean and legit as they have their Chinese herbs for sale and the desk clerk was nice. But then I was sent downstairs to a dungeon that smelled like mold. I should've walked right out but I figured that it couldn't be as bad as it looked...oh I was wrong! This woman slathered me with cups of baby oil as I layed on top of paper towels. There was no relaxing atmosphere, no soft music or dim lights like I'm used to. Just a pesky buzzing horse fly and the smell of mildew. Then this lady just rubbed oil all over my body and dug her knees into my back. There was no intention to relieve any sore muscles as she wasn't even able to identify the stiff muscles that needed work! She clearly was not licensed or trained. I couldn't even explain where my problem areas were because she couldn't speak English! Then she had me exposed and nude without covering me and was firmly dubbing my breasts...ummm be gentle with the girls, lady! Awful experience. Don't waste your time or money. This place should be shut down!

If it was possible to give a 0, I would. This is a terrible place - unprofessional and dirty, to say the least. Do not go. The last day of our vacation was ruined because of the terrible experience.

Biggest mistake Ive ever done. The clinic itself is disgusting. The service is appauling. Very pushy with the herbal medicines they're selling for a fortune. Pressuring you to add cupping etc. I felt uncomfortable throughout. Not the best purchase ive ever made. The staff can not speak english and very rude. I urge Groupon not to partner with this people. They shouldn't be running a service at all!

Dr and Spa is now under new management and has been completely refurbished, with new friendly and polite staff.
I visited last week where I enjoyed a fantastic relaxing full body massage in the most warm and comfortable surroundings.
There was no pressure on me to sign up for a long series of treatment.
Thoroughly recommended.

Worse place ever! Went for a massage as I suffer from stiff neck, was advised that there is a special massage for it. I was then charged £95 for one hour. There was no massage, it was just acupuncture, was lying on the bed for an hour with the needles on my shoulders. I was so furious that I called the lady, then a man entered the room without knocking the door! And the lady came out from a different room where she was giving a massage to another lady. She was double booking!!!! While I was putting on my clothes I realised that the Chinese lady did not even remove all the needles! Just waisted my money and time! Such a rip off! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! Before leaving I was asked if I wanted to book the next appointment, I just lost my words....

Just popped in shop, the first impression is nice and clean. I had terrible neck pain after being travelled for a week, after being checked by the Chinese doctor, he suggested me to have acupuncture and acupressure. The treatment room are in downstairs, I felt great relief after the treatment. I do think, they have done great job. will come back

I used a Groupon deal but when I arrived they pressured me in to adding 'cupping' for an extra £20. Reluctantly agreed as didn't want to seem rude.
Got taken to a grotty little room. Water logged floors that were actually muddy. The 'Dr' gave a one handed massage that lasted 5 minutes. Really poor. Stuck 4 pins in, put cups on top of the pins then left the room. I was livid. Having subsequently read reviews on Google, its clear I would have been left there unattended -staring at the mud- for the remaining 60 minutes of the treatment.
I stopped the session after 10 minutes of lying there, asked for a refund and then the owner literally screamed at the top of his voice for me to get out.
Trading standards need to shut this SHAM down.
