Called to move the booking as me and my partner had covid and we’re really ill therefore making it so that we could not come to the experience. A really rude young lady answered the phone and I hadn’t even given her the date or time or name of the booking and she instantly refused to change our booking even after I explained to her how it was due to covid we couldn’t come. Meaning that we had to miss out on our anniversary gift. Would not recommend as they are not accommodating rude staff and they don’t try to find a suitable outcome for you. Was really looking forward to this and gutted we had to miss out on the escape room.

We did a prison van escape room. It was a team building event with 9 of us. Due to a mix-up in different time zones, we arrived 30 minutes late. The escape room team was beyond amazing. Not only did they accommodate 1 extra person, but they also gave us time to prepare and do our best to complete the tasks.
This was a fun, challenging, and interesting experience for us.

Very good escape room. Loved how the experience started from the moment you arrived. The office made it fun and we had a good laugh. Would love to do another with this company

What an incredible experience! I highly recommend going with friends or family. The staff were extremely friendly and Molly the Zombie was terrifyingly good at her role. I would recommend to others!

Brilliant layout, fantastic actors! Clues were great and at just the right level. From start to finish the whole thing kept you on your toes. Would definitely do it again and recommend to any escape room and/or zombie lovers.

This is one of the best most adrenaline fuelled things I’ve ever done. The zombie actor was incredible. The only downside was the lady who helped with the clues was a bit sarcastic and seemed a bit ‘off’ when it came to helping. She also told us to be more careful running around because she was pregnant. Perhaps she shouldn’t have been working if this was a concern for her. We did have a zombie after us after all.
But again the zombie after was amazing, and overall we all loved the experience.

Best escape room we have done, All enjoyed. Best Virgin Experience ever. Well worked and achievable. Feel like you are achieving something no matter you intellect.

Hi Debbie,
Nikky here from Trapped Escape Rooms. Public games are over 16 but we can alter our rooms and clues for under 16s. For any age under 16, we'd need to be informed ahead of time and you would have to book a private session (which means purchasing all of the available tickets; 8 spaces for Trapped in a Prison Van and 10 spaces for Trapped in a Room with a Zombie). Our mobile escape game, Trapped Undercover, has no age restrictions but, again, we may need to alter clues for younger guests.

Hello, I have booked this experience for October and am excited if not nervous!
Can anybody give me any pointers as to how to find the building as I understand that it is not well marked? All I can see on street view are places called iDocz and fonehub limited.
Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!
