Firstly, thanks to Eszter and Lu for getting our game sorted. Amazing customer service. We booked 4 years ago just before the venue had flooding. It was understandably cancelled and we were offered a free game which was great. Due to the pandemic it’s been a few years before we could get down to London and we headed there today and played Room 33 with Eszter (who arranged all this 3/4 years prior!) so a huge thank you to you!
Room 33 is a good room which had us going until the very end. Some really good puzzles and a really good challenge!
Unfortunately we JUST missed out on escaping at the very final hurdle! Hardest debrief ever knowing we were SO CLOSE haha
We enjoyed the room and hopefully will be back to give your other room a try!

Worst Escape Room experience I've ever had. Went with work some time ago to the London Bridge one, and didn't enjoy the experience. Room 33 is not suitable to anyone with limited mobility/physical disability and that's not stated anywhere in the description. Puzzles weren't interesting and walls were mostly bare, not providing the immersive experience I expected. One clue was missing from the Pharaoh's Chamber and the guide became impatient when the people in the room obviously couldn't find it. Don't recommend.

Sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your experience with us. Our customers' feedback -good or bad- is always important for us. I'm not sure which game did you play as the review mentions both. Room 33 has a small physical activity, can be easily skipped for those who are less able to move, without missing any puzzle. Room 33 is meant to be a museum scenario, there are quite a few "decorations" on the wall. The Pharaoh's Chamber is meant to resemble a tomb inside a pyramid, so we have no intention to put decorations on the wall, according to our researches the tombs are usually quite "bare" looking :-)
I have no recollection of games that have been run with clues missing, though this game was about 5 months ago, I definitely would like to look into this. Please drop us an email to info@escaperooms.co.uk so I can further investigate this.

We did Room 33 and had a great time! There were some very unique parts of this room that would delight any regular escape room players who want something new. Lots of things to work on concurrently so even though we were a group of 2, this room would work well for a large group. A few things we might have had an advantage because we’ve done so many escape rooms, but you can ask unlimited yes or no questions without affecting your high score so take advantage of that if you need it!
One frustrating puzzle using dexterity at the very beginning that I do think should be a little easier, but we got through it before it got too annoying.
Our game master Lou (Lu? Sorry if spelling wrong) was lovely, enthusiastic, and did a great job. Would totally go to the other room if we’re back in London.

Celebrated my daughter’s 13th Birthday Party at Escape Rooms. All staff were super friendly and our host Eleni was welcoming and helped the children navigate their way through the Escape Room. Highly recommend it.

Did Room 33 with my girlfriend and loved it! Daniel was a great and was always on hand if we needed a nudge in the right direction. The puzzles were quite tough but rewarding when you make progress. The props were great quality and very well thought out. We escaped with 6 minutes to spare! We definitely will come back to do the Pharaoh's Chamber. There are also free lockers and there is easy access to toilets during the game (just call the game master via walkie talkie).

We had great fun, family with 9-10 years old kids. It was our first escape room so whole experience was bit new. We did room 33. Very well organised. Host was helpful when we needed clue, without reviling too much.

We had the best time! Staff is super fun and engaging. The puzzle was challenging enough to keep us on our toes but doable enough that we felt successes. I'd recommend this experience without reservation.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, it's great to hear you had such a good time escaping! The only thing I'd like to add that pre-booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment, it's rare that we can accommodate teams without reservation as we tend to get busy.

Had so much fun as a birthday party of 5 people for my 23rd here. We did the museum themed room, which was all in one open planned room - something I found worked much better than the small room-by-room escapes I’ve done in the past. This way we could split up and work on multiple puzzles at once, which heightened the fun in comparison to having a large group stand around one puzzle at a time. The team working the room left us to our own devices so we never felt like we were being spoon-fed information, and we got a huge adrenaline rush and sense of pride when we got out. Would defo recommen for parties!

Thank you for your review and well done escaping! The non-linear concept allows everyone to keep busy without getting stuck on one puzzle. Our other game, the Pharaoh's Chamber can host 7 players at a time so more friends to bring!

Do you have to be physically fit for London Bridge escape rooms?

Project DIVA and Room 33 require a low level of physical fitness as there is a small amount of crawling within the game. Pharaoh's Chamber doesn't require any kind of physical fitness. Dark Side of the Moon is a more physical game with stairs, a slide and a small amount of quick paced movement.

This looks very interesting. Are there any rooms for families with children? One is 5 other 9 or are they too young for this ?

Yes, it will be too hard for even the 9 years old. To solving the puzzles and tricks in the game, most time it requires strong logical thinking. The 5 & 9 years may haven't developed this level of ability.
I'm interested in an escape room experience. I'll be in London soon for a few days with my boyfriend, so we are just two people and as I've read escape rooms are designed for groups and for just 2 people it is very expensive. Is there any escape room for 2 that is not too expensive?

Most rooms in London requires 3 people, although they will be more than happy to have only 2 as a group, so long as you pay the price for 3 people and understand that it is harder to escape with only two people.
There are some exceptions though, one of which is called the "Million Dollar Date Night" from the Panic Room which only requires two people, it's worth having a look at!

We have two rooms currently available in London Bridge - The Pharaoh's Chamber (an Egyptian tomb theme, with maximum 7 players) and Room 33 (a Chinese museum heist theme, with maximum 6 players). For 20 people, we would generally recommend forming 4 teams and booking both rooms in 2 sessions. Both rooms are equally challenging and unique, so nobody would be missing out!

It's like a puzzle and you have to solve different things to unlock different parts of the room and then escape, I played the Egyptian themed room and it was great fun and also challenging enough. I wouldn't recommend this for young children, probably over the age of 11.

Different themes and different puzzles. But both good and both up to an hour. Unless you're an escape room aficionado it won't matter which one you do, and if you are an aficionado you'll do both.
