We often go to the Hippodrome casino before heading up to the football. It can get busy in there so we tried this one instead. When we entered it felt like walking into a hall someone had hired for a casino night! We went to the bar (no lager/bitter/Guinness on tap). I asked for a can of Guinness. When he poured it I noticed it said ‘surger’ on the can. This means that after it’s poured it needs placing on a surger unit to be brought to life. This did not happen. I told the barman what needs to happen and he casually informed me the surger unit is broken!! He would have served me this anyway!! I chose another drink! We already decided we were leaving after one drink. We wanted to play blackjack. The website states minimum hand is £5. NOBODY was playing so they said they would open the table for us. Minimum hand £10. I told him about the website and he said that’s old information. We played roulette instead. We won a small amount of money but could not seem to collect it. When I asked why they said I need the card I was given when I signed in. I wasn’t given one so had to go back to reception to get it. All in all a complete shambles. We left and went to the Hippodrome. MILES better!!

Staff are very friendly, especially the bar staff. This is a smaller casino in London but its not overly busy and has a nice clam atmosphere to it. They have a smoking area, and the casino itself is very clean also.

Warmly welcomed on arrival,.We were ask to join, but it's FREE and all I had to do was flash my passport We were offered a casino tour, given a match bet, and free drinks voucher. Nice welcome! Insider the casino we found it small, the receptionist joked and called it cosy. From memory I'd say it only had 4 or 5 roulette tables with a low, low 50p minimum-totality (amazballs for london), around the same amount of blackjack tables, and I believe I saw something like a punto table and a few other punto type card games(?) (I like swamping the roulette tables with colours, might give 21 a go but I've never really been interested in games like punto banco just feels like a coin toss on red or black to me. so apologises if I've got it wrong and the other games ain't punto). Great atmosphere, friendly staff. I defo recommend checking it out.

There are certainly better casinos around in London. In my personal view, this casino is not of Genting Group standard. It's quite small, nothing fancy and it's just another place to try out your luck. The staffs are pretty friendly though.
