Jack the Ripper Tour with 'Ripper-Vision' in London

1,260 reviews
Immerse yourself in Victorian London on this one-of-a-kind Jack the Ripper experience featuring RIPPER-VISION.™ Unlike other tours, your guide uses handheld projectors to accompany spine-chilling tales of the murders committed by Jack the Ripper in the 1800s. As you explore the dimly lit back streets of Whitechapel, images of Victorian London are projected onto buildings to guarantee a highly atmospheric experience. Plus, an evening departure time means you’ll experience London at its most mysterious.

The sort of bookshop where you go in for one book and come out with two, or in our case, four! Selections for all interests and all ages. Delightful period high ceiling interior with books of all kind well laid out and helpful & knowledgeable staff who show you to your target personally. There were some empty shelves, the backs lined with William Morris wallpaper - said it all!

Such a lovely interior, atmosphere and selection of books. You could be browsing here forever. Worth visiting if you're into books. The travel book selection is impressive. As a Finn, I was very surprised to find Finnish "national literature treasures" translated in English, such as Kalevala and Unknown soldier. I could have purchased so many books but "only" bought three.
