The London Bicycle Tour Company is London's original bike tour, operating since 1991. Our tours are safe, suitable for all standards, and offer an exciting way to discover the best sights of London. You will be provided with a bike and helmet, and escorted by a guide on a three hour tour through the capital, using mainly quieter streets and bike paths. The Classic London Tour is a great overview of London's most famous sights, while the Love London Tour takes in the party atmosphere of Soho and the glamorous shopping areas of Mayfair and Carnaby Street. The Original Bike Tour explores London’s eastern, historically-rich quarter, and the Night Tour offers the chance to see London after dark. Tours are offered daily in English, German, Dutch, French, Italian, and Spanish. And, to do things your own way, we also offer a range of bike hire options. To get up close to the sights, and have the freedom you want as a tourist, you must take a guided tour with London Bicycle Tour Company.

I rented a bike for five days. My rental started on a Sunday and this was the only bike shop open that day. I’m happy it was because I had a great
Fabien helped me select the right crossover bike and went out of his way to make the process as easy. The rental included a lock and a bike helmet that fit very well. The bike was in excellent condition.
If you want to save time I would recommend reserving your bike in advance, which also helps to make sure that there is a bike waiting for you.
I was not able to return the bike in person so they recommended the PedalMe service/app that picks up your bike from your hotel and rides it over to the bike shop. The service cost $25 and worked great.

The guided bike tour was SO MUCH FUN!!! Our tour guide Ian shared so much interesting history and made it a point to take the group to multiple locations throughout London! We took breaks periodically along the way to learn about the areas we were biking through. The tour was a combination of historical parks and quiet streets along with busy city biking. Be sure to bring water and show up on time. We were a few minutes late and the group was gracious enough to await our arrival. This tour was the highlight of our day!!!!

Fab way to see the landmarks around London. Our guide was Dom, and the tour was excellent. Dom has a great knowledge of the area and history and delivered the details in a entertaining and fun manner. Really enjoyed the experience.

A fun way to see the landmarks with my pre-teen and teen. Nani is an amazing guide who gave clear safety instructions before and during crossings any traffic junctions. He is fun, caring, passionate. He shared a lot of history with us. When the children were tired, he was more than happy to adapt the route and the sharing. He is great.
Fabien, the business operation manager, is fast responsive when I had to make a change of my original plan. With his swift and reassuring response, I was able to plan my London trip smoothly. When we finally met in the store, his friendliness continued to shine through.
Highly recommend this company. Will try another bike tour with them when I visit London again.

Great tour with Catherine! Very competent, has lived in London and Germany for a long time and knows an incredible amount about history, architecture, politics etc. She responded to our wishes and adapted the tour very flexibly. We felt welcome and safe throughout (in the quite bustling London city traffic...). Also the other staff were very friendly and helpful - always again!

A great way to experience London. We saw all the interesting landmarks from Westminster to Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar to Covent Garden, St. Paul's to Banksy tunnel. Our guide Nadja offered a lot of interesting and entertaining information that we could use in the following days. E.g. we visited a concert in the crypt of St. Martin in the fields. We always felt safe in the traffic on our bikes. Nadja guided us through little streets and was very attentive. A huge recommendation from the whole family. And visit the Imperial war museum next to the bike station, it is fantastic.

Today we did the Gold Classic Tour with our guide Dom. We all had a lot of fun and can recommend them 100%!
Dom is a really funny guy and told interesting and exciting facts and stories about every place we passed.
By the way, he also has tips for all other questions about London, such as things to do, restaurants, bars, etc. :)

We were at the German speaking tour 5 people. Our guide Nadja was really top. I myself am not the type to visit every Attraction, and may spend hours there. I like it more when I get a rough overview of many things, and then if I am interested a little more, then I can visit it again. And that's exactly how I envisioned this bike ride, and that's exactly how it was. You see a lot of London and get a lot of information from Nadja. And that's why there are definitely 5 stars.

We had a great time! Because of the rainy weather, we were with just the two of us and our tour guide Tanja. We had originally booked the Love London tour but Tanja was very flexible in adapting the tour to our wishes.
She was able to answer any questions we had and we even got some good recommendations for places to visit during the rest of our stay.
All in all a great start to our adventure in London! :)

Toured Sunday morning with Dom, had a lovely time. My teenagers literally gasped at the views of parliament and Big Ben as we rode over the bridge. Highly recommend. My favorite way to see a new city!

I am considering renting a bike for a week or more to do the Avenue Verte ride. I plan to carry everything with me in a pannier or two, so I am looking at your touring bikes, but I am wondering if a lighter bike would be better. Based on your website, the touring bikes are the only ones that come with pannier racks. Suggestions?
