Had lunch at the Exmouth pub, best sweet potato fries I have ever had and a good price too! Interesting shops to look at on the way. No market was on when we visited at about 1pm.

We found this place by accident, and what a find. There were several stalls, offering Indian, Italian, Middle Eastern food. Most of the people were really friendly and happy to give you food to taste. The choice was great and made it hard to decide. Most...More

Lunchtime here can be spent deciding where to eat. I have eaten in the Bun Cha Vietnamese Cafe and the Necco Japanese Cafe. Both are great value, with fresh, healthy and very tasty food. Not posh but just what I wanted!

I work just off Exmouth market and can confirm the food is phenomenal. The only problem? Good luck trying to choose between the stalls- it's all delicious. The Thai is my favourite, a thoroughly pleasurable attack on the senses. The service isn't always quite as...More

On a trip to see the post office underground railway, we were taken here for lunch. We were surprised at how busy this street was and had a really lovely Meal in the Exmouth Arms. Great service, very friendly and excellent fish and chips too.

Very close, on walking distance from our house, this market I like to term as 'mouth watering' market. All kinds of food is available here with all kinds of drinks. This is the reason why at lunch and dinner times you will find a queue...More

Apart from being in such a cool spot, the friendliness of the service was excellent. The portions were ample and the vegetarian options were interesting.

At lunch time there were queues in front of every stall. Lots of meat with potatoes. About eight stands. It was a sunny day and it looked nice. The street is coming out to the Spa field park and over looked by a beautiful church.

Owing to its proximity to Smithfield Market – the site
of an ancient meat market which remains in operation
today – Clerkenwell boasts a plethora of globally
renowned restaurants, fabulous local eateries, and
some of London's favorite pubs. This isn't merely a
focal point for all things foodie though. Spend enough
time wondering through the area's maze of streets and
you might become accustomed to the litany of slinky
