Great local pub popular with Millwall fans. It is the absolute cleanest pub I have ever been in and has restrooms on the ground level. If you know London Pubs, you know that is a rarity. The regulars are friendly and welcoming.

Recommended by Mark and what a Gem. Great food. Good house wine and selection of beers/cider. All staff were very friendly as were the locals. There was even a comedian upstairs in their event room. Definitely recommend

We always go to our local Lord Stanley pub ,lately I'm sorry to say things have changed in worse.
Mainly the staff..To be rude is they priority!!!
Never been like this.
It's a shame it used to be such a friendly, happy place .

What a great evening we all had at the Lord Stanley, Camden, celebrating a surprise 60th birthday party for a close friend. The evening went much to quickly. A great atmosphere and fabulous gastro food and excellent selection of craft beers and other alcoholic drinks and cocktails. The staff were extremely friendly, hard working and very obliging, we were really impressed with their professionalism. The pub was very busy but the bar and catering staff managed admirably in their efforts to ensure that no customer was left, waiting or unattended for too long. time. Well done. Great pub and a terrific venue for a special occasion or just a evening out with friends and family regardless of ages.

... catering to the core locals, visitors and the new Camdonians. Good food, great pizza for the hungry and a wide range of week kept beer for the thirsty. The Portuguese wines are pleasant too.

We went to see One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest at the Theatre Collection which is above The Lord Stanley pub and enjoyed it very much the performance as well as the cast and the cozy atmosphere in the theatre. After the play we had a nice wine at the pub ( apparently on Wednesday's pub offering discount for all wines)

We had Sunday lunch here. There were three basic roast choices on the chalk board, most of us opted for chicken. The staff recommended that instead of having 5 half chickens we shared four whole ones between us. This was a splendid idea as there was still ample for all of us plus some spare meat to take home. The vegetables came in platters for sharing and again we had more than enough to go round. We shared a couple of cheese boards for dessert, as most of us were full. The table and chairs were a bit basic, but it fitted in with the 'home made' feel. Staff were friendly and the range of drinks was good.
