Please everybody avoid this dreadful company. I received my casts back and I was so disappointed. The photo wasn't cut out straight and there was a piece of cotton hanging down from the name plaque. I telephoned and complained and the item was returned. When I received the item the second time the photo again wasn't cut out straight and the name plaque hadn't been stuck down properly. I've received dreadful customer service from them, they really don't care. Such shabby work considering they are charging £125. Absolute rip off, read other reviews on netmums and Mothercare about them! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Not great.
Went to purchase first size nappies for my new Grandaughter.
None in stock, at one of the biggest stores in London! In fact hardly any nappies at all! How’s this possible.
It’s a shame, but no wonder they’re going under.

Although the home visit was a breeze - Gemma was lovely and clearly competent; I cannot leave a worthy rating for this company because of the very unprofessional including rude and disrespectful customer service received. The lack of communication from the team regarding the delivery of the £185 frame and prints and then receiving a chipped frame - was shocking to say the least.

Do not use this company. If i could give them zero stars i would.
Firstly the staff have no clue about procedures. I visited the falkirk store and ordered a 3d cast of my babys hand and foot. I asked if my 3d cast in a frame could be sent to anniesland to save me travelling to falkirk again, to which the staff member said she didnt know and it was left at that. I have since emailed asking for their 'final response'so i can take the matter further but they have ignored my emails.
When the frame i ordered eventually arrived, having to pay for home delivery instead of store delivery, the frame was all scratched. I contacted memory makers and their response was that all their frames are scratched so they won't do anything about it. Extremely poor.
They can't even stick to their own t's & c's as they say they 'deliver within 4 weeks'and 'send a message when item has been dispatched' none of which happened.
The cast itself is a lot bigger than the actual size of my baby's hand and foot, even now 5 weeks after i got it done, my baby's hands and feet are not as big as the cast! It also looks nothing like her hand and foot its a total waste of money. Im concerned that it isn't even a cast if my baby!
Overpriced rubbish and useless staff is what you'll get for your money with this company!
Not sure if they'll still be trading soon anyway but avoid!!!!

We recently booked an inhome outprint service for our 4-week old baby. The lady who came to our house pressed and squeezed baby’s hands and feet so hard and tight to take the module that it can be really dangerous for newborn. (Baby’s hands and feet turn purple afterward) We regret so much for making our baby so painful unnecessarily! So please do avoid this if your babies are too young!!!

AVOID!
We booked in to have our son's shoes framed. Due to a bereavement the shoes are extremely sentimental as they were his 'first Vans' from a family member that passed away shortly after his birth. We sent them off before Christmas - all sorted - paid.
My wife received an email to tell her that 'Hugo's' shoes didn't fit in the frame. Who is Hugo!??!! Not our son.
I contacted Memory Makers who told me the maximum size shoe for a frame is 4cm's, our sons shoes were 7cm! Why this is not made clear or why the employee did not think to measure them is beyond me, as they are hightop Vans. The employee that was set up in the Milton Keynes Mothercare store was not busy in the slightest and even messaged us to go in early, so it wasn't even as if she was too busy to simply make an error.
Shocking service, staff seemed insincere and told us we would have the shoes returned and a refund, end of. Not impressed.
