Worst drink experience you can probably get in London. Prices are an absolute joke, never have I ever seen such an unprofessional and unfriendly staff. On a scale from 1-even I can’t. Thank you, next.

The fact that this restaurant was recommended blows my mind. 45 minutes before we got our drinks... we didn’t even order more than starters because it took 90 minutes before we got our starters. It’s obviously a venue based around “seen and be seen”. Stay...More

Do not go to this restaurant. Waited 45 minutes for drinks to arrive for a birthday. 1 waiter managing around 7 tables and his third day. Bad personal hygiene issues to say the least. After chasing drinks 4 times and asking to see managers -...More

A special celebration spoiled. This is a quirky, fun place to have a family celebration. However, despite starter courses being pretty good, one of us hit a problem with the main course: a raw centre to the chicken supreme. Our waiter did not know how...More

I really don’t recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your money or evening. Inside is cool but the staff are the rudest I’ve ever experienced. Asked to see the manager and he was even worse!!! How is he a manager- he was outrageously rude...More

Absolutely beautiful place with real fires burning in decadent grand fireplaces. Really makes you feel like you have stepped back in time. Brett’s was very warm & welcoming to us. Excellent organic wines included on wine list. Food was also lovely. Sea bass was cooked...More

As mentioned above - overpaid 350 as they took a deposit AND made us pay it on the day - it has been two weeks and the manager is avoiding calls or emails

I have been to this place this morning, I am still feeling sick! The French toast was super fried, you couldn’t even see or taste the toast, thin pieces of bread and you could only taste the oil. I left it half way. And really...More

Came for brunch (16th Sept 2018). Whilst the venue is stunning the service and food was terrible and over priced! I paid £5 for the smallest glass of orange juice, and £10 for the pancakes which were burnt (see photo). I had to go in...More
