We visited this area in June 2017 and found this restaurant and were very glad we did. Great food and friendly staff. When we went to London again at the end of September the restaurant was closed for refurbishment and we were very disappointed as...More

We really loved their handcrafted ales - altough we missed the sparkles a little bit. The food tasted good, but the plates could have been presented nicer. The dips could be in seperated bowls for example (with the fish and chips). The atmosphere was amazing...More

A wide beer variety and good pie. Perfect if you’re hosted near by and are not I the mood of getting to central London.

We recently visited London and stayed in the Earl's Court area. While there we went into the Blackbird Pub and Restaurant and were extremely please not only with the quality of the food, but friendliness of all members of the staff. We took our nephew,...More

I stopped in this morning since I am staying so close to Earl’s Court and had coffee. My friend showed up and we decided on the full English breakfast. It was your standard English breakfast, which was very good; however, it was fairly bland and...More

Pie and a pint. Did the pint thing & they have a good selection of lager which are different from the northern brews I normally drink. Staff are very good and efficient.

We went for dinner based on the TA reviews. I'd had my first English steak/ale pie and fish/chips at a gastro pub in Newcastle and was blown away. I could go on and on about the crust, the beef etc. So, we ordered the same...More

This pub offers good food and is popular. It is always busy, yet they took care of our family of four quite well. We were seated quickly. The food was above average pub grub. We had the Roast Pork Loin and the Roast Sirloin. Both...More

We ate there twice and the food was always good, there was also a good selection of beer - nothing like a cold ale on a hot day.

South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque
white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's
easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with
superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and
Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely
child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to
mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall)
such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming

Sorry, but I don't know if dogs are allowed. I didn't notice an outside dining area, which is the usual requirement for dogs to be included (at least in the US).
