Often one word is enough and for Artesian that word is superb! A brilliant little bar in The Langham hotel, this place is fantastic. The staff are brilliant, the concept is genius. The cocktail menu takes you on a voyage of key life events. Often not a fan of ‘concepts’ but Artesian does it with such perfection and nonchalance that it works terribly well. My wife and I took great delight reading the menu, so much so we wanted to try them all. So much fun and with a brilliant atmosphere I’d recommend this place to anyone. Guest of The Langham or not, if you’re looking for a decent atmospheric bar with great staff this is the place to be!

Very lovely place and very attentive service from all staff. Cocktails are very expensive and very good. I love that they have always very attractive menus and they offer delicious sweet nuts.

I had read such good reviews about this bar that I was sure not to be disappointed. How wrong I was. The setting is lovely and had the perfect temperature in this hot weather. The cocktail menu is quite complicated - I hadn't heard of most of the ingredients so we had to keep asking the waitress to explain them all. All of the drinks come out displayed like some weird work of art! Whilst this looks fun, after a while you just want to be able to enjoy your cocktail out of an ordinary glass. As for the cocktails.....the bar definitely seem to be concentrating on how they look instead of the quality of the drink itself. Even when I ordered off menu and had a cosmopolitan, it wasn't the best I had...and at £18 per drink I expect the best. I'm afraid to say we wont be returning. The landmark and the Four Seasons offer better cocktails.
