We booked a table here after looking at the website which appears to show a chic cocktail bar with funky DJ’s playing at the weekends. The reality is a damp smelling basement with filthy toilets and the worst music I’ve ever heard! Cheese and more cheese..it was embarrassing

Would be a 1 star but the cocktails they do make are pretty good, correctly strengthed and with good ingredients. Getting one at peak rush, however, was near impossible. I was told on three occasions that I couldn't order any cocktails because the bar was busy. I was in there for over half an hour before I was allowed to order one. When they finally accepted an order, half of the cocktails on the menu weren't actually available. We had booked a booth for a friend's birthday and preordered some champagne. They didn't even have the specific brand ordered, despite telling them before the day what was required. Table service was promised but never happened. The venue is underground, and the basement booth walls are wet and stink of damp and mould. The sound system is very bad. Despite this it was rammed and there was a queue to get in when we left.
