Jack the Ripper Tour with 'Ripper-Vision' in London

1,243 reviews
Immerse yourself in Victorian London on this one-of-a-kind Jack the Ripper experience featuring RIPPER-VISION.™ Unlike other tours, your guide uses handheld projectors to accompany spine-chilling tales of the murders committed by Jack the Ripper in the 1800s. As you explore the dimly lit back streets of Whitechapel, images of Victorian London are projected onto buildings to guarantee a highly atmospheric experience. Plus, an evening departure time means you’ll experience London at its most mysterious.

The place is nice but easily packed and the prices are way too high for what it is! Won't go again..!

I went to Sager + Wilde many times, being in the wine and food industry, I always try to convince myself that I have to go back and see if next time I will spend a good time... Well, no! I always had a bad surprises or a bad welcoming. People are rude and prices are high. Last time I had a bottle of wine, I asked for the bill, I am inviting my friend without checking the bill.I want to trust people in the industry so I didn't check the bill... The days after I realised that there was an extra glass on the bill that we never ordered! My fault I should have check the bill, but every time I go there something like this happens. I have a sour taste of this place. It's shame because everything is there: good wine, lovely place, really good influencers on instagram. But the real life is different. I will go back, believing that one day I will spend a good time.

CoolPlace! Great wine list, but too pricy ! Unfortunately it is the only decent wine place in east London . I stopped going as it is too pricy and the place in terms of design etc is not so cool in Hackney

Stumbled into this place on my way back from Columbia Road flower market on an absolutely roasting day. I wanted a refreshing G&T (but, duh!, it's a proper wine bar and serves, er, wiiiine), so the lovely, lovely, lovely bar staff recommended I try the white port and tonic, which they served with a slice of orange, and I suspect I'll be drinking this forever. It's a cool little lowkey spot. I like the chill vibe and I'll be back. There are outdoor seats, but they all stare straight on to the road, so it's not the most visually stimulating, but hello... hot day + great drinks + great service + table outside = Very Good Times. And for wine enthusiasts, there are a lot of choices. I'd also recommend this place as a starting point before a date.

I really enjoyed this little spot. Waiting for a concert to start, we popped in and had a delicious little meal of casual charcuterie, cheese, and preserves. The atmosphere is a bit smokey and alive with chatter. Good spot to be.
