Ideal for kids on a sunny day
Apr 2021 • Couples
What a wonderful place to take the kids on a sunny day, they can play in the fountains in safety while the family have a nice long drink.

Fantastic refurb of the old Coal Stop at the rear of St Pancreas and Kings Cross Stations.

Canal views
Mar 2020 • Friends
The Coal Drops Yard shopping district is definitely one of the main attractions of the Granary Square area, however, I personally enjoy the views of Regent’s Canal which runs through King’s Cross and where barges can be seen. The steps to one side of the water are typically much busier during the summer months, laid with green carpet and offer a comfortable place to watch the world go by. For now it looks bare but still attracts passers-by.

The hustle and bustle of Granary Square becomes more obvious as you walk around to find a host of restaurants and coffee shops.

Cool
Oct 2019
A very interesting part of London just perfect for sightseeing for tourists for a walk and brunch or lunch. Granary is a complex of historic buildings, including the former royal stable converted by developers into a leisure destination. There you will find cool restaurants, cafes and very interesting designer stores. Around you will find wonderful walking areas around the canals.

Terrible but thank you
Sep 2019 • Couples
I must say we were strongly recommended to try this restaurant so I hope our experience was exceptional.
They ran out of clean wine glasses so they tried to pour our expensive wine into beer glasses !
When the food arrived it was literally thrown at us by a very aggressive waiter
The food was cold the fish was dry and burnt and the vegetables were like mush and over cooked - we refused to eat any of it.
The managers did try very hard but recognised it was a complete disaster
They very kindly did not charge us for any drinks which was thoughtful
So thank you for that

Do I try again - hmmm let’s see

We recently had a look around here but it was raining so nothing much to do however on a sunny day the canal would be lovely.

New development to watch
Aug 2019
Regents Canal meanders through Granary Square and the developers have certainly spent time developing the area without destroying the original features. Personally didn't think it a great shopping destination but maybe that will develop with time. Lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from and a great place for people watching!

Beautiful location, amazing food, great service
Aug 2019
Me and my friend came there yesterday evening because we were attracted by beautiful atmosphere in there + heaters and blankets for windy weather. The food and drinks were amazing, i would highly recommend to try Jasmine Tea. Also, many thanks to Marta who take care of us that day, great service.
