Jack the Ripper Tour with 'Ripper-Vision' in London

1,260 reviews
Immerse yourself in Victorian London on this one-of-a-kind Jack the Ripper experience featuring RIPPER-VISION.™ Unlike other tours, your guide uses handheld projectors to accompany spine-chilling tales of the murders committed by Jack the Ripper in the 1800s. As you explore the dimly lit back streets of Whitechapel, images of Victorian London are projected onto buildings to guarantee a highly atmospheric experience. Plus, an evening departure time means you’ll experience London at its most mysterious.

The Coal Drops Yard shopping district is definitely one of the main attractions of the Granary Square area, however, I personally enjoy the views of Regent’s Canal which runs through King’s Cross and where barges can be seen. The steps to one side of the water are typically much busier during the summer months, laid with green carpet and offer a comfortable place to watch the world go by. For now it looks bare but still attracts passers-by. The hustle and bustle of Granary Square becomes more obvious as you walk around to find a host of restaurants and coffee shops.

A very interesting part of London just perfect for sightseeing for tourists for a walk and brunch or lunch. Granary is a complex of historic buildings, including the former royal stable converted by developers into a leisure destination. There you will find cool restaurants, cafes and very interesting designer stores. Around you will find wonderful walking areas around the canals.

I must say we were strongly recommended to try this restaurant so I hope our experience was exceptional. They ran out of clean wine glasses so they tried to pour our expensive wine into beer glasses ! When the food arrived it was literally thrown at us by a very aggressive waiter The food was cold the fish was dry and burnt and the vegetables were like mush and over cooked - we refused to eat any of it. The managers did try very hard but recognised it was a complete disaster They very kindly did not charge us for any drinks which was thoughtful So thank you for that Do I try again - hmmm let’s see
