This is a great alternative to the expensive West End theatres. It is exceedingly versatile, being able to change their theatre to accommodate various interesting stage layouts and seating arrangements e.g. in the round, traverse stage.... Recent excellent productions I have been to include Jesus...More

Went here this afternoon to see Jesus Hopped the ‘A’ Train, what superb play and wonderfully done. Great cast and as usual for the Young Vic brilliant staging. Plays here are always of the highest level - yet ticket prices are low. Go and support...More

Turned up without tickets for the show as didn’t make up my mind on time and i was accommodated. Fully disabled accessible, seats are cushioned, hall very cosy. We stayed behind for drinks 🍷 at the bar which was also very nice. Close to shops...More

Great acting and writing. Although aids epidemic story line bit obvious and overly sentimental. Seats at theatre very cramped and uncomfortable, particularly over 4 hours! In agony by end of evening.

We popped in here to avoid the rain and had some drinks. We were greeted by a grumpy lady on the door. Who couldn’t even smile and say hello. We had to go upstairs as the downstairs was very busy. We only stayed for a...More

A welcome change from many London theatre staff who seem to be doing you a favour by just standing there and looking down their noses at you. This place was rocking as soon as you got inside. The staff and stewards were friendly, chatty and...More

We booked this well ahead after seeing good reviews in the Observer newspaper. What fun! A play about attraction and identity, laced with comedy and performance. Well worth seeing.
