The performance was fantastic and made up for the fact that we didn't eat at the theatre because the hampers were too expensive anot child friendly. But I am sure that they would have been lovely. Staff were friendly. The stars of the show and their singing was amazing. Access to the theatre was easy. Take a hat for sunny... More

This was our first visit to the Regent's Park Open Air Theatre as we just happened to be in London this week and saw Quentin Letts' review of Jesus Chris Superstar. The theatre is delightful on a balmy evening and even though we had seats on the edge and in the back row the view was superb and you can't... More

What a fantastic show this is,especially on a balmy evening like last Saturday. The cast, staging and music were all superb. I can't recommend the show and the venue highly enough. Well worth looking to see what will be on here before arranging a visit to London.

The Regents Park Open Air theatre is gorgeous purely because of its setting. Surrounded by trees and obviously based in the park it makes for a far more enchanting theatre experience than any other London theatre. Indeed the natural surroundings seem to add to the look and ambience of every production that takes place there. The open air theatre also... More

We attended the Regents Park open Air Theatre to see 'Jesus Christ Superstar' show and we were not disappointed by the location or the show. It was such a lovely warm sunny evening, and being able to sit outside under the trees watching this amazing show was brilliant. I can recommend both the Open Air Theatre and the Show, if... More

This venue is great. Much more than I expected on entering - food, BBQ, large bar, space for picnics (probably need more seating). So, a lovely environment and then the production area is good as well. We were on the back row with children but the size of the place and the angle of the banking means that the view... More

If you are in London for the short season of this revival of Jesus Christ Superstar, don't miss it. The Open Air theatre is a gem. Although actually quite large, it has the feel of a small intimate theatre and every seat has a great view (I think this is because it is wide rather than tall). If the weather... More

Visited yesterday to see Jesus CHrist Superstar. Incredible production, hugely talented cast, including the musicians, an amazingly emotional afternoon. Have also seen Voth Shakespeare and more contemporary plays here, Always a great venue, best On balmy summer afternoons and evenings, although have also sat through a performance in the rain, under umbrellas - while the cast continued and got soaked!... First visit to this theatre, I was a little nervous as I didn't know what to expect but I had nothing to worry about- it was amazing!! The seats were comfortable & it was a relaxed atmosphere. We came to watch Jesus Christ Superstar which was fantastic! The music, dancing, singing & acting was phenomenal! Definitely will return!
