This is one of London's great summer experiences - excellent theatrical productions set in th emost idyllic setting within Regent's Park - whatever the weather the show usually goes on - unless it's a torrential and prolonged shower . Expect to get the occasional sprinkle while fulfilling your cultural appetite and enjoying a sensory overload .

We visited here for a surprise birthday treat for me - it was a surprise as I didn't know there was an Open Air Theatre in Regents Park or that Jesus Christ Superstar was on again! The play was excellent and the seating is such that I don't think any of them would be bad. They are quite steeply tiered,... More

We were really impressed with the facilities here. It was great value for the experience. We loved being outside, even when the show was paused temporarily while the stage was dried after a brief rain shower, it didn't dampen the spirits of the actors or the crowd. We saw Jesus Christ superstar and I would recommend this show and we're... More

This was my first visit to this venue. The show was unbelievably good. This was a great afternoon out and I would definitely go again. Good facilities for refreshments and a great atmosphere.

Fantastic show at a wonderful venue. Shame about the British weather but the venue coped marvellously. Ordered food in advance but still had to queue to get it, which was disappointing but it was cheaper. Great night out. Would recommend.

A comfortable and interesting venue, with atmosphere added by the sun setting, the trees sighing and the occasional pigeon flying past with excellent timing. If you want to try somewhere different, this is it. Particularly loved the current production of Jesus Christ Superstar!

Jesus Christ Superstar was superb and we were transfixed from the start. A very powerful moving production. Made even more so by this wonderful theatre. We were so lucky with the weather and the atmosphere, when it got dark, just intensifies this. If you are planning to eat your own picnic or buying a burger, then get there 10 minutes... More

As a frequent theatre goer who often complains about the lack of standards in the theatre these days, I respect what they are trying to accomplish with their strict entrance policies; there is little more distracting than a late-comer or someone getting up and down during a performance. That said, their no re-entrance policy for those who need to use... More
