Having Been a Chelsea fan for 55 years and a season ticket holder for 25 I I have never done the tour before. We went today with our 2 sons aged 10 and 19 .Raymond our guide was informative and had a good rapport with the mixed crowd He went out of his way to make it special for the kids, We got loads of pictures and the boys loved the dressing rooms and press room. I can’t recommend the tour and museum enough
It bought back loads of memories and the pictures that line the walls are fantastic.
We also paid for the pictures with all the trophies Even though I have actually been there for both Champion league wins and all the press etc to actually see the trophies up close was very special for us all
I thought it was good value and will go again.

In early February, we decided to visit Chelsea FC's stadium. For this purpose, we chose "The Stadium Tour and Museum" option. The friendly and helpful staff greeted us at the entrance to the museum. We didn't even have to show the e-tickets because our details were already in the museum database and the staffs were ready to meet us. It was very pleasant. It is possible to visit the museum before the tour. Therefore, I recommend you come in advance to have enough time to see the whole thing. The museum has many exhibits ranging from club trophies and historical items to stadium models and gifts from other teams. There are also interactive areas where you can try out a penalty kick or test your reaction as a goalkeeper. If you don't have time to explore everything in the museum, you can return to it again after the tour. After viewing the museum, the interesting tour of the stadium begins. It left us with amazing emotions and feelings. During the tour, the polite guide told us about the past, present, and future of his beloved stadium and club, and showed us the main areas of the stadium. So, we visited the conference room, the guest and home dressing rooms, and, of course, the stands with the playing field. After the tour, you can visit the club's shop with a huge range (very enjoyable for the club's fans), and also go back to the museum. Overall, we had only positive emotions from the tour. Therefore, I would strongly recommend everyone to visit the Chelsea FC Museum and Stadium, regardless of whether you are a fan of the club or not!

Im not usually someone who takes time out to write reviews for things like this, but I felt compelled to write this review (Not just because I'm a Chelsea fan).

We recently visited Stamford Bridge, stayed at the Copthorne Hotel, and attended a tour of the museum and stadium for my sons 8th Birthday.

Every aspect of the experience was excellent. From the detail, depth and fun nature of the tour and the museum itself, to the friendly nature of everyone we met that worked at Chelsea FC on our 2 night stay, from our tour guide Ben (who had an excellent Jose Mourinho impression) down to the receptionists at the Copthorne, The people waiting on at Frankies, the guy on security at the Britannia gate and even the people working in the club shop. Friendly, chatty and added to the whole experience being one we won't forget for a long time.

Thank you everyone at Chelsea FC!

We scheduled the "We Won it All Tour" and it didn't disappoint. Raymond, our tour guide, was phenomenal in leading the tour that really made a lasting impression on my 6 year-old, who only wanted to visit the stadium during our time in London. What made the tour the rating it deserved was the personal touch Raymond provided including discussing the path the club will take with our new owners.

This is a must-see tour for any die-hard Chelsea fans and if you're in luck to have Raymond as your tour guide, the visit will make it hard for you to leave Stamford Bridge without feeling a sense of pride and happiness.

Thank you Raymnond from the Awwad family here in Houston, TX!

I was given a tour for my birthday by some work colleagues, with dinner at Frankie's restaurant thrown in. The tour was excellent. I took my Dad with me. We've done tours before, including the legends tours (just wow...), but it isn't a problem to go back again. The stories each of the guides remembers adds unique colour to each visit. They all seem to have been lifelong fans and immersed in the club and its culture for decades. I'm so sorry we've forgotten our guide's name (otherwise, we'd give him a shout out, 14:50 tour, Sunday 7th August - management, if you read this, buy him a beer. Collins was his surname, I think).
We valued the chance to see both changing rooms and to mimic a walk out to the tunnel and see our walkout on the big screen. No question was too silly. Plenty of humour thrown in for good measure.
Much of it was pitched at a tourist level, we got more from asking our questions which makes sense, but I wonder whether there's a separate tour for fans, or those that want to hear more about the history that could be pitched, as an intermediate tour before the legend's tours?
Dinner at Frankie's afterwards was great too. Good opportunity to eat good food and watch the football out on the terrace in the pleasant weather.

The Museum with pictures available trophies was good some interactive stuff for younger visitors.
Tour lasts about 1 hour includes tunnel dressing rooms and press room.

Mandy’s tour of Chelsea stadium was a highlight of our recent trip to London. Equal parts cheeky and knowledgeable, she filled the tour with colorful stories and personal references that brought the experience to life. Our three boys loved exploring the players dressing rooms, press room and seeing the incredible pitch. We learned so much! We’ll never watch a match with quite the same eyes again. Thank you, Mandy, for an incredible morning at Chelsea FC!

After attempting several times to get tickets for a Chelsea match for my boyfriend’s 30th , I had to settle for a stadium and museum tour . I was really gutted that I hadn’t been able to fulfil my boyfriend’s dream but the stadium tour was nothing short of fantastic and the tour guide (Elvis) was incredible! Elvis was exceptionally knowledgeable, engaging and friendly ! You can clearly tell he’s very passionate about what he does . I’m not into football at all but really enjoyed it . After experiencing such a challenging time and losing £80 attempting to get tickets , I vowed to not spend another dime with the club , but this tour did restore my faith in the club. It was a great day out and the food at on site restaurant was good too !

As someone who doesn't watch football and only came on this tour because my football loving cousin wanted to go, I can say this was one of the best tours I've ever been on. Thank you Raymond for being such a joy and great tour guide. My cousin told me that any comment he made about another football team was 100% on point, and he gave it in such a way that even I found it hilarious. Thank you for making my day :)

Tours have reopened!!! Terrific tour of a very historic and notable stadium. The museum tells the story of the stadium and the team and the tour and guide help bring it to life. Great photo opportunities and very informative whether you enjoy football/soccer or not. Obviously as things have just reopened we were fortunate that the number of people on the tour were quite small. It was a perfectly paced, small group tour for roughly an hour. Come early or stay later to visit the museum and shop. Strongly recommended.

Thank you so much for your very kind words. You’re absolutely right in that this is the perfect time to take the tour as visitor numbers are - understandably - much lower than normal this time of year. Your comments on the tour being ‘perfectly paced’ are really appreciated as the guides do a fantastic job ensuring that everyone has more than enough time inside the stadium bowl and behind the scenes. Thanks again.
