We came here for a works night out, the bowling was good but there was only one girl on reception and I felt bad asking her questions when she was alone, so I asked the waitress about the bumpers and she told me to go to reception because she works in a different departments. After our game we sat down... More

The staff were super helpful and friendly when I took my Cub and Scout troop there. It wasn't too busy on the Thursday we went. Loos were clean. We didn't eat as there were 32 of us and we got a discount and free use of the penguins.

Trip Advisor should put also a 0 star for the overall rate as a option, and I would definitely go for it. Me and my son who's a also a good skater, went to visit for a skating session. We travelled from miles away only for this,as we heard that was a nice ice rink for skating. We paid £12 each,as we... More

This refurbished bowling alley is so much better than it used to be and a welcome improvement of the previously dilapidated venue. We took 2 lanes for a group of 9 but unfortunately, because we hadn't booked, there was a massive pillar in the middle. Also, be aware that at the back of the seats for each lane, there is... More

Appalling, over-priced, depressing rink, no facilities, everything is falling apart. Avoid at all cost!

We visited as a group of 6 from a Notting Hill music label, just before xmas. And had a superb time. The nachos we killer and the burgers weren’t bad, but a bit hard to eat & bowl! Drinks were fun & the music was cool – the bar was very busy, would have liked to have sat down though.... More

The time out review of the new Queens looked so good we had a to try and see what all the fuss was about! It used to be horrible down there, but the new design is clean, sexy and we had such a good time. We skated and had drinks after, not the most comfy chairs but I might have... More

We were hoping they would be open later than 11.30pm as we were having a great time and loved the cocktails. We weren’t very impressed by the unfinished ice rink, but the bar and restaurant (jimmys?) is really cool and modern. It was cool to have good music played whilst ice-skating too! There were a few too many kids running... More

I visited at 10.15 this morning with my daughter, the website says it opens at 10am, however, the public skating didn't start till 11am so we had to hang around. It's quite dull and doesn't feel inviting, not sure if it isn't yet finished or if it was just done on the cheap, e.g. the toilets are new but there... More

Staying in Notting Hill

Neighborhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighborhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
