Worst bowling alley in London. The staff are rude and they are very disorganised. When you send a complaint to the team they don’t respond. There are many good bowling alleys in London so avoid this place!

You have to walk down a set of stairs to get in, then there’s just a couple on your way to the ice rink, I don’t remember seeing a lift but that doesn’t mean there wasn’t one
