Not ideal for a school trip. Not worth the money that was paid towards it. The person who led the tour had very backward opinions and rushed us out of the mosque. Very unpleasant to treat visitors like this.

Beautiful place, clean, tranquil and peaceful. First thing you notice when you walk into this place is how friendly and helpful everyone is. When you enter the prayer hall, you will notice pin drop silence, people sitting around and reading the holy Quran. Not knowing what to do, I took my shoes off and sat down and just did nothing and observed the silence. The prayer room was not fancy it was very simple room and very clean and large and you could feel so much peace. After a few mins, a man who was reading earlier, came up to me and started talking finding out about me. I told him in not a Muslim but wanted to see what happens in a mosque and how it works. He went away very happily got some books and the quran for me and said read all these and your welcome to attend weekend talks we have. He also said we have a shop and a canteen downstairs. Canteen is really nice, serves really tasty food and snacks and curries and for very good prices.

Since my visit I read a few pages every morning of the quran, I'm on page 580 coming close to the end. The most amazing religious book I have ever read in my life. What very interested about the holy quran is how simple it is to understand. I have tried reading other religious books, bible, bhagwad gita in english and these books are the most difficult to understand. The holy quran' is so simple to understand and beautiful. I have nearly read it all, but I feel I need to start all over again once finished. Lots of knowledge in the quran about life, the past and even the future.

How many people in life just want some peace. Did you know the meaning of Islam is peace. Islam is definitely the most misunderstood religion of all time.

I have not converted to Islam, but I am reading the holy quran and find it a very unique and amazing read. Try it some time.

This mosque in regents park is special. Set in a very beautiful location park. Go and have a visit with good intentions and see for yourself.

we are non-muslims but were invited by friends to worship with them during ramadan. What an amazing place. People were so friendly and welcoming, and it's very beautiful. We didn't understand everything but everyone helped us out. We also had a nice lunch. Really special place of worship and meeting place.

This place was absolutely fantastic. From the warm welcome of the staff, to the bookshop and tasty affordable restaurant downstairs.

I must say this is a great place for both muslims to come and pray and non muslims and tourists to come and learn. If you want free books or a Quran just ask, same way if you want to become a muslim after your visit just speak to an attendant and they will take you to see someone in the offices who will go through the 2 minute conversion process with you, because you only have to say one sent ace to become muslim which is'I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped except god, and i bear witness that muhammed is his messenger'. After that you'll probably be oven some free books and given some general advice .

Obviously you are entering into a muslim establishment so dress accordingly, no Jamaican string vests, or 2 piece bikinis. Just a bit of modesty is required and ladies should cover their hair. Cover my had you say? Lol, Hey, its less strict then harrods, because harrods won't even let you through the door if you don't wear what they say, at least here at this masjid they will provide you with a free head scarf at the entrance for the duration of your visit.

A very professionally run establishment with some of the best reciters of Quran london has ever heard, the morning prayers is one of the most beautiful experiences i have ever had in london.

check out their website at: http://www.iccuk.org

They also have loads of courses and fun days going on. they also organise trips for school visits with guides etc, if your in london i really would advise passing through and enjoy the ambience. Oh yeah and did i mention the affordable food in the restaurant? yeah i did because it boy it sure is tasty.

There is a separate prayer area for women upstairs giving them a beautiful view of the surrounding masjid decor and the mens area downstairs. Plus there is a parking limited spaces though. A great family place lots to do.

I have never been to a mosque. What a beautiful testament, gracious and peaceful people, and a wonder to behold. A very kind gentleman explained any questions we had and gave us a complete tour. Be sure to visit the exhibit downstairs. Must see.

Found it after bit lose in Central London. Very nice, clean mosque. Met a brotherhood atmosphere. Found a small but complete Islamic bookstore, and bought some to full my bags.
