Jack the Ripper Tour with 'Ripper-Vision' in London

1,232 reviews
Immerse yourself in Victorian London on this one-of-a-kind Jack the Ripper experience featuring RIPPER-VISION.™ Unlike other tours, your guide uses handheld projectors to accompany spine-chilling tales of the murders committed by Jack the Ripper in the 1800s. As you explore the dimly lit back streets of Whitechapel, images of Victorian London are projected onto buildings to guarantee a highly atmospheric experience. Plus, an evening departure time means you’ll experience London at its most mysterious.

A bucket list item for Tennis, or indeed sports lovers. This place is special, as is the quality of the courts, tennis and everything about it. Loved it!

I was with Dan Maskell there in the 70's and it was such an experience. I go every year when possible as getting tickets is not easy but it's my favourite place on the land, probably! I love Wimbledon.

We were lucky enough to obtain two tickets for the Championships via the ballot. The walk from Southfields tube station is pleasant enough and will take you 15-20 mins. The grounds are quite crowded if you get there before the show courts open and makes trying to see any tennis on the outside courts difficult. Considering the amount of spectators present the queues for the bars and food outlets were mostly reasonable. Prices are as you'd expect but are comparable with other similar sized sporting events.

It’s a wonderful experience to see such an infamous sports venue. I would highly recommend booking yourself on a tour and seeing the museum. You don’t need to be a bonafide tennis follower in order to appreciate this. See the TripAdvisor “Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum” page for information and reviews.
