Neighborhood: Trafalgar Square / Embankment
With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is not just considered the heart of this bustling London hub, but the very core of the city itself. Beyond this esteemed gathering place are more famous icons, as well as a disproportionate numbers of the city’s most popular cultural attractions including the National Gallery and many West End theaters. Along the way to these major sites are quiet lanes and antiquated pubs to discover, as well as riverside vistas to enjoy on the embankment. With a calendar full of celebratory events, any time of year is a fine time to visit.

- Josefina1 contributionDON’T GOSecurity are rude and think they own you. I was trying to get in after paying 10£ entrance and they forced me to queue behind 10 people that had arrived after me. - Brian P3 contributionsAVOIDThe fact that this place is still open is a miracle to me. Genuinely the most disgusting nightclub I have ever been to. My friends and I who are not from England were told the entrance fee would be 10 pounds only to be told that for us it was 20. Then once we got into the drinks were beyond expensive. Not a single part of the night was worth it. To top it all off my friends and I were all sober and after one drink in there my drink was spiked. The place is genuinely a disgrace.Visited December 2022Traveled with friendsWritten January 6, 2023

- hay123ley31 contributionsawful experience and filthy placeawful place to visit, over charged for tickets for the world cup England game and the TVS constantly kept cutting out meaning people were having to watch on their phones. charged different amounts for the same drinks order? I was driving and ordered a vodka and lemonade to be charged for a double, when I questioned the price being so high I was told its 'tuff'. I explained I did not want a double im driving, the girl shrugged her shoulders at me and demanded I pay for the drink! the place was filthy and the toilets were leaking everywhere, also witnessed a member of security staff taking drugs in the toilet. emailed the club several times a long list of complaints and no response to any of our emailsVisited November 2022Written January 23, 2023

- HollyBangor, United Kingdom7 contributionsWorst service I have ever witnessedI visited on Wednesday 9th august with my friend, when we first arrive we enjoyed the music but after waiting to be served for 40 minutes with everyone around me getting served first I ended up leaving, the staff should be looking out for those who have been standing there the longest instead of serving whoever is waving in their faces, I work in hospitality so decided to wait politely and trust that the bartenders would come to me when it was my turn, they had made eye contact with me several times so had seen I had been waiting a while, I was very disappointed by their service. After observing for 40mins I could see that it was very slow service in general, no sense of energy or enthusiasm, they are losing money for the business. Not the standard you expect in central London.Visited August 2023Traveled with friendsWritten August 11, 2023

- Jeremy mFalmouth, United Kingdom24 contributionsGood food. But lacks any atmosphere.Dropped in for dinner around 7pm. Very quiet, hardly any customers. Ordered drinks and food, drinks arrived promptly and after 25 mins we were wondering how long we would have to wait for food and the king prawns turned up. 3 mins later our main meal arrived at the table. Not great timing and I wondered how the kitchen could not have held it back 5 mins. Also the waitress should have said that we have just had the starter. Food was really nice. Just a shame that the lack of any atmosphere of dining was missing. The girl waiting on was nice but lacked any training in serving diners. Also the toilets were very poor hygiene, the manager obviously doesn't manage very well, so maybe fresh eyes and trained staff could change it from being near empty to a buzzing place to eat.Visited November 2023Traveled as a coupleWritten November 17, 2023

Right to be honest, I’m not even sure where to start. Me and my friends had a table booked for her birthday and were looking forward to the night out, had to travel about 45 mins to get there and we got there on time for when the table was booked. The security made us wait outside for half an hour/ 45 minutes because there was supposedly 2 people in our group causing an issue, and shortly after they mentioned it was the “mixed raced one” that was causing an issue, all we were doing was standing in line waiting to get into the place! Furthermore, when we were waiting the lady on the door was making fun of the situation asking us if “we were alright to come in” and if “we had calmed down”. I went and spoke to 3 separate managers about the situation and none of them seemed to really care about the issue which I was trying to address, just a fat waste of time really and would not recommend, if you’re thinking of coming here honestly don’t even consider it go somewhere else in London, so many places cheaper, that will treat you better than here. Oh also they literally loop the same songs over and over and over again so if you’re actually looking to have some fun instead of listening to dreadful music, this isn’t the place for you.

I am not one to write or have the time to do reviews however my night out was so bad I do not want other to have the same issues.
To start off I called in the later after noon on Wednesday to ask about the night and door price, I was told it was 5£ before 9pm and £10 after and was told before 9pm I will get a wrist bad at the door for drink deals.
When I arrived with my friend went through secuirty searches all OK, went to pay entry and was told it was 10£, I said to the two ladies on the box office I was told before 9pm its 5£ and it was 8:38pm? She and the girl next to her become so aggressive towards me they both just fliped, I was so shocked by the. She said if I didnt say 10£ per person I would be "Gone", I had friends meeting me in the venue so we paid the 10£ entry free. I then asked for the wrist Band the second girl them started to shout saying you dont get one, I asked why she said so you have a stamp on which I didnt, so she say "bye" Photos of the girl attached. Absolutely discussing girl, customer service, attitude, training 0%. I will not be going back there any time soon

The security staff was shoving my friends, without verbally asking us to move backwards. Instead just aggressively shoving and pushing. One of the security guards lied to us and said he owned the club, and they change the price for everyone. Some people pay 15 pounds or some people paid 20. DJ was great, would never go back to such rude staff.

To start off, we had already paid for our tickets weeks in advance and they were valid till 12 am as we get to the entrance we are told that they’re not accepting the tickets we bought and to step out the queue and they will sort it out in a second. The woman that dealt with us was extremely rude, we were remaining calm and trying to ask her questions and all she did was shout and moan at us and directing us to different people. The owner came out and I tried to ask him questions about how we could gain entry to the club and each time he just walked away. At one point he was shouting at me to get away from him and was acting like I had Covid. Eventually a very nice bouncer spoke to us about how we can get in however there would be a fee. As we had been waiting in the queue for 2hrs+ we just wanted to get in. We had to pay £20!!! We were told before it was £10 each but the price kept on going up.
It was advised that there were 6 rooms with music but when we got in there, there was only the main room and 1 other open.
Overall, I would stay clear of tigertiger as it is a waste of money for what it is and everyone (apart from the one nice bouncer and one of the promoter that tried to help us, who actually told us to leave a bad review) is extremely rude. I don’t understand how the owner could be so rude as sure he wants to bring in money and not turn people away. It was a terrible night out for the first night of freedom since lockdown.

We had the worst experience with this establishment. We’d originally booked as the latter part of a friend’s Hen do for the 3rd July before the government decided not to lift the current restrictions and had put down a £180 deposit. When we realised the restrictions weren’t going to be lifted I emailed to say actually it wouldn’t be the night we’d planned and as all 9 of us could no longer sit together I wanted a refund of the deposit and we would do something else. I received an email to say no as they could seat us on two separate tables we weren’t entitled to a refund so unfortunately had to still go along. Anyway the day before I had an email to say that our booking would have to be pushed back from 9pm until 10pm due to the Euros. When I emailed back saying no this wasn’t acceptable as the timings were planned on purpose to coincide with another booking they said that we either had to be there at 8pm or 10pm and it was non-negotiable therefore we had to go for the latter timing meaning we had nowhere to go for an hour as everywhere was full due to the football. When we arrived we were lining up and they asked for our names (we had had to give two different names as now we would need to be sat on 2 different tables). They said that we would be on 2 tables far away from each other which I then said was completely unacceptable as we had only still come as we were told we would be sat on 2 different tables which would be at least in close proximity to one another. The person who had told us this information then went to seek further clarity from who I can only presume was a manager. She came out to talk and I went to explain the situation and this lady raised her hand in my direction and said ‘be quiet, I’m talking’ and then refused to talk to me at all! Honestly such a rude person! When we were finally being shown to our tables which they’d managed to put close to each other the person who actually worked there said ‘I heard how rude she was to you, the management here is shocking, I’d write a review online we have enough negative reviews.’ This comment spoke volumes for me that their appalling management is even noted by their own members of staff. When we eventually got to our tables there weren’t even enough seats for us all to sit down yet bounces were patrolling like gods telling everyone to sit down. The whole experience was completely spoilt for me as a guest and I will never go back. Fortunately the other places we had gone to beforehand had put on a cracking show which meant the bride to be didn’t have her whole evening ruined but I would plead for anyone considering going here to save their money and spend it on a worthy venue!

Went for bottomless brunch yesterday with a group of friends. Well, that's what we should have had! We queued outside for 40 minutes, having been told to arrive 20 minutes early and then were let in 20 minutes late. The lady on the door demanded our food orders as we walked in (not that we'd been given menus or anything!) and we were given a glass of prosecco and shown our table. Over two hours passed and no food had arrived. Not just to us, but no table in the venue had anything. We did see a member of staff come in with an enormous bag of food from KFC though, which did give us an indication that all was not going to plan in the kitchen!
Our glasses were regularly topped up with prosecco, but the other promised options of bellinis, mocktails and beers were noticeably missing. After two and a half hours, (bear in mind that the whole sitting was supposed to be 90 minutes), one starter portion of chicken bites arrived to our table of six. Quite possibly some of the earlier mentioned KFC, who knows. A few more dribs and drabs of food arrived over the next half an hour, but the drinks top ups stopped and staff even tried to charge us for the drinks we had asked for. Just before 4pm, the beef burger that one of our party had ordered over 3 hours earlier arrived to the table. And then at 4pm, staff told us that they were now closing and we had to leave! After pointing out how ridiculous it was to finally bring us food and then tell us to leave without having a chance to eat it, they moved us to another table in the "restaurant area" to finish.
We tried numerous times throughout the afternoon to speak to managers, to find out what was happening and to just get what we'd paid for, but we were sent away and despite there obviously being senior people there, no one was taking any responsibility. We felt sorry for some of the staff who were trying hard, as they'd clearly been let down as much as the customers.
There were a lot of customers who were obviously very angry and there was a lot of shouting, which at least provided a bit of entertainment in a place that was otherwise completely lacking in atmosphere
The afternoon ended with us being told that there was nothing that could be done about a refund but that we should speak to whoever we booked it through. We certainly will.

Absolutely disgusted! 8 of us booked a brunch at £35 per head, travelled up from Chelmsford only to be told upon arrival that we could not get in without identification. Brunch had been pre booked weeks ago and no where on the email confirmation did it say we needed to bring ID. We asked to speak to the manager who was at best incredibly unhelpful and at worst incredibly rude, at one point swearing at us, throwing his clipboard down to the ground and storming off!!! We could all provide NHS Covid passes but was told this was not good enough. When it was very apparent that the manager was not going to even try to rectify the situation we asked that we have a refund instead but was told there was no way he could do this. We asked that he contact someone more senior so that they could organise this but again was told no. We were informed but other door staff that this kind of situation happens “all the time”, absolutely appalling!!!

I am traveling to London for the first time and alone and wanted to experience the nightlife. This club was recommended to me by one of the waiters at a restaurant not too far down the street.
I waited in line for their Urban night where they were playing reggaetón, dancehall, hip-hop, etc. only for their bouncer to tell me “no single entry”. I looked in the front-and-back of me and saw that there were also two single guys entering the club alone. I did not argue, and simply just walked away.
I cannot explain as to why I was not allowed to enter. American? Brown skin? Alone? Drunk? The last two statements can be cross off because I saw two different men enter alone and I did not have any drinks for the night. I stood patiently in line waiting to go in only to be denied.
Imagine not being able to go a club on an “urban” night with “urban” music when you fit the world’s “urban” image. I looked into this further from their reviews, news articles, and even YouTube videos; this is a common problem here.
Management can go ahead and reply to this review but their door policies need to be reviewed and/ or door men released from employment. They could even reply “we employ people of all different ethnicities,” but we all know that is a fluff reply to try and brush this review off.
If you would like to avoid the headache, please spend your money elsewhere and please try to enjoy your time in London.

Myself and 5 friends visited this “experience” on 22nd May for a bottomless brunch and it was shambles from start to finish.
We were told to arrive 20mins early as it started at 12:30, but did not even get inside till 13:00. Where an extremely rude woman at reception shouted at us to place our food order - we had not even been given menus!! When we asked what there was she just flung her screen round and told us to hurry up and pick.
We were then given a glass of Prosecco and taken to our table where we had to wait nearly 30mins for them to bring another glass of warm, flat Prosecco. Clearly they had opened the corks for speed earlier in the day but forgot to action the later.
One of our group was pregnant and asked for a mock tail and they tried to charge her £10 for this saying it was not included in the package, which it was! After the accusations of lying about our offer, we showed them our booking that confirmed this before getting her a drink. This arrived and the venue was clearly betting on pregnant women having a lack of thirst as this was to be the ONLY drink our PREGNANT friend would have over the whole experience. Despite requesting numerous times for another drink, the lack lustre and frankly despondent staff would say it’s on the way but this was clearly a fob off as mentioned above, she received 1 for the whole time.
The place was dirty and the toilets were disgusting, they were flooded, some did not have toilet roll in them, one of the cubicles had blood on the floor and the soaps had not been filled up.
The bottomless part of this brunch turned out to be quite the ruse as the staff ignore and dodge the clients who have paid out to use this service.
Also I would swerve ordering anything other than warm Prosecco (if it ever arrives) as we asked for an alternative given the horrendous quality watered down rum punch in a small glass which again we had to wait upwards of 20 minutes for, they later tried to charge us £10 for this as we ordered another round and they said our 90mins brunch was up and would have to pay if we wanted more. Which I understand we get 90mins but as we were not seated till 13:00 we should of been given till14;30 to drink not 14:00!! (So essentially we had a hour non bottomless brunch)
After being rushed at reception to order our food, we had to wait till 2:45 for our starters to even arrive and when they did arrive it was not even what we ordered. Then mains never came after being told they we coming numerous times.
We had to leave at 3 because we had a booking somewhere else. So we left thirsty and with empty tummies, frankly Tiger Tiger was a disappoint and shambolic affair. Maybe they could try cleaning experience day, it’s niche but might work better than this failed attempt at a brunch.
It was not worth what we paid and I would NOT recommend coming here.
Stay clear!!!

I've been kicked out for no reason .
I just paid 30pound for entry for me and my friend , I took 2 jacket downstairs and I paid £6 for it , then I went to the rest room where you can leave any tip for the guy , I gave my all change for him which was around 8pounds , then I ordered a drink what I didn't even finish . The security just came to us about 15minutes after we entered to the place ( we didn't even finish the first drink ) and they kicked us out coz they said we are to drunk . I say again we just entered to the place about 15minutes before it's happened . When I asked the lovely security staff about the reason he can't even answer to us as he doesn't hardly speeks English . He was Lithuanian I think then he called the manager , and he said to email the headoffice , explain the situation and make a complain if I want and they will deal with it . We actually live in Leicester and we traveled over 3 hours just for a night out in London and that lovely man just completly ****ed up without reason.
Do not ever go to that place ...

I wouldn’t! The place is pure filth and you definitely won’t want to go to the toilet in those!

How do you feel about ruining my son's 19th birthday? He arrived on time for his booking only to be told that you didn't like how he was dressed? Wouldn't it have more accurate if you said you didn't like the fact that he and his friends were black??!!

Consider he wasn’t confirming to the dress code which is found on their website, and I highly doubt it’s any thing to do with his skin colour as every time I visit there is a large variety of races.
