I expected far more for £30pp entry. It's small, full of kids, the drinks prices are daft (£10 for a little bottle of beer) and there's little variety. Security were dismissive even when approached politely. Don't waste your money.

I book the ticket online for the 11 Mar 2022's event but their security team rejected my entry with no reason and said my ticket can be refund in the website. I've asked them how to refund the ticket online and they didn't give me a clear answer and dragged me out of the venue. I checked their whole website later and the ticket is non-refundable. I am sure I didn't drunk or anything and they cannot give me a rational reason why I can not entry... I think their security members are suspected of abusing their rights and racism or even sexism, and my friends and I will never dare to come to their events again.

Went for a day event, the bar was well understaffed, finally got to order after 20-25 minutes.
Because of how busy and chaotic it was, I tapped the card machine and moved on. I wasn’t shown the screen or given a receipt.
I ordered 5 brandy and cokes (singles), I checked my bank on the Monday and I was charged £84.80!
That’s £16.96 a drink!!!
Even if they were doubles that would still be extortion.
I’ve called them many times asking for a manager to be told there isn’t one available and to send an email.
This is a serious violation and if they can not get me a manager this is the only way I can speak out

The bouncers think they own the club and can treat anyone how they see fit. They aggressively mishandled my friend and was unreasonable and rude. I would not recommend anyone go to this place. So many better clubs in london where you will be treated with respect. Security in the beanie mixed race was the worst who thinks hes the top boy when in reality hes a worker and needs to act his position as a WORKER. stupid employees thinking they are entitled. JOKE OF A PLACE.
Ps: ill spend the workers yearly wage for fun and not think twice these people need to behave themself

Went to visit with my friend for some midweek fun only to discover when we got here, it’s student night only a Tuesday., no exceptions. Bit a shame when the opening times online don’t state it’s not open to everyone unless it’s Friday or Saturday.
I saw some poor girl being turned away for being too drunk, yet she able to converse in English and Spanish to the door men without hesitation she was also with friends who were also shocked and their decision to turn her away.
It might it mean nothing. but as a female woman, I do not believe that this girl was too drunk and rather an example of executed power when it’s unnecessary.
Which in itself is sad because that girl could have had a really lovely night with her friends feeling protected by those security but instead she was mad to feel embarassing and leave I front of everyone.
I write this review as long time Ministry of Sound attendee..
I’ll rate it 3 based my previous experiences and this interaction tonight. I hope the can pull it together for the next event they hold.

Awful club with awful security staff. Far from an enjoyable party club with nice party mood. Instead a dark sweaty ugly black rooms and walls. No surprise the club was half empty and 5 people dancing at midnight. I get that this kind of clubs must have a solid security there to make you feel safe but quite the opposite is what you will see. They walk through people on dance floor like they are an animals. They standing on every half meter and on every corner staring at you like you were a criminal and every time you passing from one room to another you have to make sure you give way otherwise bumping into them you might have a problem. The club itself has also low standards and you won’t find any comfortable seats if you want to enjoy your drink or just simply rest for a bit. Again black empty sweaty dark rooms and nothing else. The club lives from its 90’ reputation but thats already clear its just a history and you will find million better places in London - thats for sure.

Was it real? Very, Yes
After doing a quick google search on the Monday for a bit of funky Soul music inspiration and ‘the Ministry’ heard my calling ‘The Ministry of Sound’ answered my prayers!
On Saturday, afternoon, yes THE afternoon I was listening to amazing music and I was dancing!
Spoke to a few people sharing same experience of discovery, disbelief and delight!

Possibly one of the best clubs I've been to, the sound system is insane, body was still pumping after I'd left.
Well ran, had no problems whatsoever. Went VIP which was well worth it as it gets super busy. Drinks are a bit pricey but that's london for ya.

Worsts experience of my life, bouncers were extremely rude, there was no organisation. Paid £60 for a ticket for New Year’s Eve and would of had a better experience in our local night club. Was promoted to be something it wasn’t, false advertisement.

I went for a one hour deep tissue massage. Upon arrival I had to fill in a form as it was my first time there.
The place was clean, and tidy with nice deco. There was quiet, light and relaxing music in their background.
The massage itself was amazing. The therapist was firm and thorough. They focused on every area with muscle manipulation and light stretching. I would say that is was the best massage that I have ever had.
I would highly recommend.

The club has an excellent taxi service (run by a guy called Colin) that we always use. Very convenient, friendly, safe and not expensive. When you exit the club, Colin will be there.... just tell him where you're going, he will tell you the cost and then take you to a car.
