Everything about Liberty is beautiful. Not just architecturally but all the goodies inside. The Christmas Shop is open on the top floor now and what a feast for the eyes, just to view and soak in the Xmas cheer (you don't need to buy a £20 glass bauble!). People have talked about how expensive it is... well obviously. However I... More

An amazing place to visit and either 'window shop' or shop with the aim to purchase some special goods. A truly lovely place with lovely sales assistants.

I visited Liberty on my 21st birthday and was not disappointed. It was stunningly beautiful inside. The old wooden railings looked beautiful alongside the modern touches such as a sparkling chandelier that stretched down the middle of all 5 floors. The layout was stylish and there was plenty of room to look around and be able to see everything properly.... More

Worth a visit just for the architecture amazing building & well executed (had to google history couldn't find anything in store - & surprisingly not as old as it looks). Lots of designer labels with prices to match but if your on the hunt for that something special you may find it here.

One of my best choices shops in luxury, where you smell and touch the luxury all around you . You can select whatever you want to one by one shop while smelling the beautiful perfumes . Dont miss while passing around . You will like it .

After watching the documentary TV series about the Liberty, we added to our list of places to visit while in London. Upon arrival, we thought the building was absolutely lovely. The original Tudor structure is quite stunning. We especially liked browsing Liberty's famous textile patterns, and the Christmas Shop was very well decorated. We found it very pleasant to peruse... Liberty is without a doubt the most beautiful shop in London (I don't care what they say about F&M and Harrods). The building is a work of art both outside and inside, don't miss out the back elevator which still looks like it did when it was built and looking down /up in the two open top to bottom arches.... Popped into Liberties on my trip to London and felt uneasy at the price of the goods. I was going to buy my friend a Father Christmas as she collect them. I thought about £5 for a small gift. No it was £17 plus. So sorry but I didnt buy one as I thought i would find it in TK... More

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
