The experience itself is well worth it. The trip, however, is being dragged out by manœuvres, unnessesary waiting. Boring for children.

We had a great trip from Westminster to tower bridge. Great informative and light hearted commentary, not too crowded, clean toilets, reasonably priced refreshments and a sunny day - what more could you ask for!

What ever time they are scheduled to depart is how long you will have to wait in the queue. They load and unload people relatively quickly, from my experience. I hope this helps.
