Jack the Ripper Tour with 'Ripper-Vision' in London

1,260 reviews
Immerse yourself in Victorian London on this one-of-a-kind Jack the Ripper experience featuring RIPPER-VISION.™ Unlike other tours, your guide uses handheld projectors to accompany spine-chilling tales of the murders committed by Jack the Ripper in the 1800s. As you explore the dimly lit back streets of Whitechapel, images of Victorian London are projected onto buildings to guarantee a highly atmospheric experience. Plus, an evening departure time means you’ll experience London at its most mysterious.

I spend hours in this lovely place and always leave with few books in my hand. Easy to found what you looking for and the service is great.

Why I adore I enjoy reading and writing - because it gives me a sense of hope. The idea behind reading is to encourage and motivate more people to enjoy the subjects they are reading to think more about the world we live in. There are a lot of positive things to take into consideration and those strategies can be lost on the lack of compassion given to the words on the pages. I am thinking about how words turn into sentences so that is why we think before we write. Our lives can be jam packed with things to do - but there are no new ways of telling who knows what. Books continue to be my favourite source of entertainment and happiness and I love the variety it allows me. Instead catch up with a friend and bond over a favourite thing you have read. Always remember that Foyles has survived for over 100 hundreds and continues to think about the lives of overs.

First time I had visited since the changes were made. It's still the most comprehensive bookshop, but just now laid out in a organised way. We spent hours browsing with a break in the amazing cafe. Thoroughly recommend

I’ve never been in a bookshop quite like Foyles before. I had high expectations because I’d heard a lot of good things, but my gosh it exceeded my expectations! It was amazing, literally any book you’d ever want all under one roof. We spent an hour browsing, but I could have easily spent longer looking. Incredible!

My first visit since Bookshop moved from old premises. Much tidier and cleaner, but missing some of old charms. Restaurant on 5th great, good menus for lunch and snacks. Recommend
