Frank’s Cafe is an excellent place to go for a drink or street food with friends to chill and spend some time admiring the view! The place has an art installation, hipster kind of venue but also families come as well. Highly recommended +

It’s not summertime in London for me without spending time at Franks, I love this place it has the best vibe of any of the summer pop up bars. Best views from a rooftop in the area... the bartenders are all friendly despite how busy the place is. Great for bigger groups.
