The course was led by Giancarlo (the owner) himself assisted by a team of chefs who all are very friendly and have a great sense of humour. Although we are not vegetarian, we went with the vegetarian antipasto option and it was amazing. So much work went into the dish, which looked so appetising, colourful and it did not disappoint on taste either. Lovely bottle of wine and price was reasonable too. Restaurant is just off the beaten track, so quiet and well worth seeking out.

The workshop was organised as part of a company do for those interested in Italian cooking. We were split in teams of 2 or 3 and there was enough activity for about 8 teams! Good experience in this restaurant (upstairs) Service is professional, paying attention to details. Real fresh and home made pasta! Excellent ! The wine was expensive (Barolo) but not amazing unfortunately But we will go back definitely

What a wonderful day out. I attended the Sunday Market Kitchen class which started with a trip to the Farmers' Market where we selected some amazing ingrediants.
