Description:

Touring over 20 countries a year and with a permanent London West End...

Touring over 20 countries a year and with a permanent London West End residency too, this critically acclaimed show has been winning five-star reviews and standing ovations since 1997. It's 'a two-hour eat, drink and laugh sensation!' (Daily Telegraph). The fun starts as the audience wait to be seated and then hurtles along as they become diners in that infamous hotel. Meanwhile, Basil, Sybil and Manuel aspire to be their warring waiters, serving a 3-course meal with a good dollop of mayhem. This is fully immersive, highly improvised, site-specific comedy theatre at its best - and because only a third of show is scripted, performances are always fresh. Expect all the best gags and 'a rip-roaringly hilarious night out' (This Is London). Just don't mention the war! - 'Outstanding! (Fringe Review) - 'Uniquely enjoyable... A worthy alternative to some of the West End's other shows... It will have you raving' (Britain Magazine) - 'Deliciously entertaining from start to finish, this is not to be missed.' (What's on London) - 'Fantastic!' (What's on Stage)

The wife and I went here one Friday evening. At first we were unsure where it was at. You go in the hotel and ask at reception who will tell you where to go. The whole set up was very similar to attending a wedding. A lady at a desk takes your name, no paper required, and directs you to... More

Clearly talented actors, very personally involve themselves with you, and around you, ad-libing varieties of classic one liners and sketches from the legendary series. The dinner itself was very 70's, but enjoyable, once you had the correct cutlery; all part of the show :-) As it's a sit down dinner, there are limited seats, so book in advance, and get... More

Even if you're not a fan or knowledgeable of the brief run of the "Faulty Towers" sit-com starring John Cleese, you will absolutely enjoy the ad-lib comedy trio that serves and entertains the "hotel guests" (audience) for their evening meal. Every show is different but 50% is scripted and it is riotous humor. The key to the actors success is... More

Enjoyed the evening very funny. Slight niggle was the 12% service charge on the expensive wine in the hotel, you bought it at the make shift bar and there was no real service, suggest you pop to the Ship and Shovel before hand.

We didn't really know what to expect but what a great night we had. It was quite poignant as the "real"Manuel died on our particular trip but we all raised a glass in memory of him on the evening. It started off with drinks in the bar and being directed to our tables by Basil! The food was nice and... More

Went to the Faulty Towers with friends and had a very enjoyable evening! The food wasn't amazing but that it what you would expect from a dinner at the 'Fawlty Towers' restaurant. The actors were great and true to the TV show. Would recommend!

Staying in Trafalgar Square / Embankment

Neighborhood Profile
Trafalgar Square / Embankment
With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is not just considered the heart of this bustling London hub, but the very core of the city itself. Beyond this esteemed gathering place are more famous icons, as well as a disproportionate numbers of the city’s most popular cultural attractions including the National Gallery and many West End theaters. Along the way to these major sites are quiet lanes and antiquated pubs to discover, as well as riverside vistas to enjoy on the embankment. With a calendar full of celebratory events, any time of year is a fine time to visit.
